Today i, sujata chakraborty, purchased an usha air cooler from great eastern retail pvt. Ltd., 19/2 gariahat (South), kolkata - 700031 branch, but unfortunately the delivered goods is damaged & broken. After opening the packed box, i found that the temperature control regulator nob is broken & it came out. Copy of the purchase invoice & video of the broken/damaged usha air cooler supplied from your said branch is attached herewith for your reference. Kindly arrange to replace the damaged air cooler supplied by your 19/2 gariahat (South) branch with a fresh new one of same make & model by tomorrow.

Also please note that the behaviour of your sales representative mr. Aneek dhar officiating today in the said branch is very rude & arrogant; he does not know how to behave with a customer, that also with a lady customer. Instead of helping me, a lady customer, he simply misbehaved with me. Also your sales representatives at the air cooler section of the said branch did not demonstrate the functionalities of the newly purchased usha air cooler.

Kindly arrange to replace the said defective/damaged air cooler supplied by your said branch, with a fresh new one of same make & model and arrange to provide the proper demostration of the functionalities of the said air cooler.
