Great Eastern Appliances — With reference to invoice no. RJD/SA2021/06980, I would like to lodge a complaint about a malfunctioning of the same

I bought a Panasonic Microwave Oven from Great Eastern, Rajdanga but the product started malfunctioning within 1 month. The lamp inside the oven doesn't glow from q week of the purchase but it used to work. But now the product completely broke down and is not even responding. It has just become a burden and it doesn't even start anymore.
Since the product is within warranty period I would ask for a complete refund or replacement of the same
