After the delivery of the refridgerator, installation and demo was promised within 24 hours. No such service was provided in the next 48hours. Upon calling they kept pressing that technicians would arrive in the next hour but nobody came. I lost two valuable working day waiting for the installation and demo. After calling godrej service center they said no call was registered from my number. Great eastern kept on lying.

I bought a diakin 1.5 ton account on 10.06.16 and i cain't install ac on that time for some of my electrical issue then on that time they assured us to free installation and now they are saying it's validity is over where's nothing is written on the free installation coupon attached with the bill. Of garia branch needs to be remarked. Please solve my problem as early as possible. If am not getting any solution to the problem then am going to file a case against the company as a consumer.

I have purchase, sumsung refrigerator on 16-april-2017, (Invoice no: hw /sa /1718 /01096) from kazipara, showroom, howrah, shibpur, delivery date mention invoice is[protected] but isd says that
Product will delivered by 7 days, today is 9th day still not delivered.
I have call that isd (Name & no mention on invoice), he (Md. Amir) behavior is very much unprofessional with lots of mis commitment since sunday,
Today i have call store manager (Mr. Raju), he says it will take more 2-3 days, lastly he ensure that, he try to deliver by tomorrow, and he will call me at evening and confirm the same, but till now no call receive.
My concern is that why such type of mis commitment? And miss behave with customer? This is my first purchase from great eastern, very sorry to say that its also my last purchase from great eastern.

Request to great eastern team, please delivered my product asap

Hi, i have a very bad experience in dealing with great eastern trading co, sodepur branch. My father-in-law has paid the complete money to purchase a refrigerator from this shop at sodepur branch but this shop kept him waiting for 4-5 days. None of the contact phone number is working. Sales person switched off his mobile. They have sent the refrigerator after 4-5 days but delayed the installation for around 2-3 days during hot summer and they have done that with 2 senior citizens. So, my humble request to other customer not to purchase any item from this shop. Otherwise, you will be cheated this way. They are professionally and ethically not right.

I have bought an a. C from great eastern trading co baguihati (Branch 28c, narayantala west, vip road, baguihati, kolkata-700059) on 07/04/17. They promised to deliver it on 08/04/17 but the delivery did not arrive. I contacted the dealer named ranjit pana with phone number [protected] on 09/04/17 at 11.15 am and informed that i have something urgent after 3pm so complete the delivery befoer that time. The delivery address is chinarpark and it is less than 3 kms. He confirmed yes he can deliver before that. Then again i called around 1pm when he said that the item is already loaded in car. So i waited for another 1.30 hr then called him again as the delivery did not happen till then. He stop receiving my calls (I called more than 5 times). Then around 3.30pm my husband tried from a different number and he received. After having an argument he kept the call aside and left. Again after calling 7-8 times some other person received and asked all the details and told that it will take atleast 2 more hrs to deliver the item. I had an critical medical appointment for a senior citizen member which i missed just because of this liar sales person. If he had told me that the it is not possible to deliver before evening then it could have been atleast possible for me to manage accordingly. Such a inhuman act is highly not expectable and must be discouraged. This irresponsibility can take life and a person with nonsense must not be kept because he will make the company loose customer trust.

This is Sukanta Dey. I have visited your sgreat eastern vip howroom yesterday and finalise for the Sony TV model no. 32W512D for Rs.25, 500/-. Now suddenly in the morning he denied to provide the deal. The price was inclusive of exchange price.

I have already planned today to visit and take delivery of the TV but how come he denied for the same. Now look into the matter as I am the loyal customer of yours.

I have taken ACs from your dealership earlier and wanted to be loyal.

I bought a Panasonic 1.5 ton AC on 26.12.16 and they assured us of free installation and now they are saying its validity is over whereas nothing is written on the FREE INSTALLTION COUPON attached with the bill. I have purchased lg led 4K TV from great eastern baguihati invoice no:19/SA/1617/08228/, i was shocked when i saw TV Power On time in menu it was showing 2260hr
I have purchase TV on 14th Sep 2016 same got delivered after 4 days that to after calling 5 to 7 times to representative and got installed on 20th of sep 2016.
I generally watch tv 3-5 hr max as iam working in mnc and i only get free time to watch tv after coming from office.
if i calculate the no of days =100 till date and my general usage hour maximun=100*5=500hr
Generally it should be around 500hr or maximiun 800hr but it is showing 2268hr .
I want to know if we use even 12hr a day it is just 1200hr so how come it is 2268 hr, regarding this i have talk to lg Area Service Head, who informed me to contact dealer as it may be used for display.
i was socked even the model which they have sold to me is 2015 model i.e 43uf770t but the current model 43uh750 the sales man namely Rahmat hussain informed that it is the new and updated model.
I am very disappointed by Great Eastern as whether this type of things can also happen in Great Eastern. I am a Loyal customer previously i have purchase Hitachi 1.5 ton inverter ac's from the same store and never expected such things from Great Eastern company.
Regarding this i visited showroom but got no valid response regarding how its usage is showing very high
i even informed after purchasing to mr Rahmad that the TV is manufacture on 25jan 2016. i informed him that i had early informed him my preference regarding new stock, he keep on insisting its a new stock.
I have been cheated by Sales man namely Rahmat who misguided me that it is latest 2016 model and giving me used display product.
so it is clear that the tv was used for display and the same tv was delivered to me.
I Have visited showroom regarding this issue many a times, they keep on refusing and even didn't allow to meet manager in charge.
I have given the money not for used product but for new product and i am supposed to get new product.
so i want my issue to be resolved as early as possible. I want replacement.

I have purschased a godrej semi autometic washing machine on 3rd jan 2017..it was supposed be deliverd on 5th jan wothin 8pm as told by the baruipur branch of Great Eastern. It has not been delivered yet...i have called the branch 3 times noone has has given me any status report of my product...easch time said we will get back to you but never did...very poor customer service for such a big franchise..really disappointed

Refrigerator model no- RT28K3343D2, purchased on 10.12.2016 from Great Eastern Salkia. On 18.12.16 I complained for the defect, on 19.12.16 a person came but issue not resolved, on 20.12.16 again an engineer came worked for 2 hours, but defect not resolved, engineer said product is defective and cannot be repaired and asked me to contact Great Eastern. Now I am very much worried that wether I have been cheated, because within 7 days of installation of my fridge, compressor is found defective and the representative of Samsung is telling that it cannot be repaired. Please help me as I am feeling cheated. I had very much faith on Great Eastern but now disappointed.

When it infrom to your branch management on 31/10/2016 they handed over to sales staff RUPALI DAW madam during the purchase she deals with us and misguides with knowledge. So we are not interested to talk with her further and now inform you for realize the excess paid amount .
please send your decision as early as possible, other wise we wish to get help another way in this regard.

When I rang Great Eastern Bagmore Branch manager Mrs Shilpi again and again violating her word. I rang Mr. Aimt also Who is manager of future Capital Holding Ltd Financer who is not willing to cooperate with me. He said he has completed finance side for me and now has nothing more to do by him. Please suggist me what shall I do now and how the demonstration will be shown? Thank you in anticipation .

For your kind information on 28/10/2016, i have received a call from haier customer care regarding a demonstration. The service engineer already contacted me over phone to demonstrate the machine but the same should not be deliver from your baguhati branch.

I have purchased an LED Panasonic 32’’ on 22/07/2016 Dalhousie store. The salesman who sold to me is Mr Sourav Banerjee, who also insisted me to go for the extension of the warranty for two more years, with Bajaj Finance Ltd. I agreed to it and paid the full amount ( not EMI) of Rs 1815, for which I was handed over a money receipt and was told that I will be receiving an original copy of the bill for the extension of warranty by post at my home address. I have not received the bill till date and I have called up Mr Sourav Banerjee quite a few times last month as well this month . Each time he responded either he is out of the store and will go and let me know about it which he never did, or he said yes he will find out from them and will let me know, and even he asked me to whatsapp the TV purchased bill and the money receipt of the warranty, which I did, but still he did nothing till date. I called up again on 27th september and he passed down his phone to one of your Bajaj Finance team member, who is so unsure and uncertain whether my warranty has been updated to his senior. I am very unhappy and dissatisfied . It is not acceptable at all. It has been two months and nine days now that I am waiting .Is this what they call after sale service?They think they have finished their job by selling a product and taking the money for two years of warranty extension and not giving proper bill, just not bothered whether the customer has recieved the bill by post as they have promised.I have also mailed them my complaint on 27th september but no response till today. They take customers for granted.this is not at all acceptable.

It was advertised that assured gift will be given to customer for first 5 days. But I was not given any assured gift nor was I told about the 2 gms gold coin contest. I may be given my due. I have received this yesterday 12 days delay from actual delivery date but till now demo instruction not happened so the item lay down in pack at my house.I have told shop but they in don't care mood.please sort out immediately.

Purchased electrolux freeze model no ej203ltege but delivered ei203ptml-fdk.

On complaining to great eastern company they are saying once delivered it cant be replaced.

Also delivery was not as per committed timelines. Had to call more than 10 times for delivery.

No support from great eastern company or its salesman sankar prasad.

It seems they are used to such issues and take it very trivially harassing customers.

Even they said me you can go to consumer complaints forum but nothing will happen.

Totally deceitful company.
