Dear team, i order a hind ware cooler on[protected]...But untill now i not recived any product and the sales person missguided about the delivery...And lieing ...Someone of them ask me for the bill as a manager...I send them...But until now they not repond to me...Even they not attaned my call also...I have allredy paid the amount...My money have some interest also...So plese take care about it...

I have purchased whirlpool fridge on dated 12.03.2022 and after few months my family is suffering with this product regarding non cooling system.

i have complaint at great eastern but till date issue has been not resolved.

Complain date - 09.04.2023.

Technician has visited my home but problem is not resolved till date.
I have informed to seniors of Great Eastern (Amit Ghosh and Meenasshi) but not received proper solution till date. The authorities of great eastern just passing the balls.

In this hot weather we are facing this issues but not received proper solutiuon.

They are very casual and unprofessional.
Very bad service.

Please look into this asap.

I have purchased one 1.5 ton panasonic ac and one vguard inverter from barasat great eastern on 06/04/2023.it is almost 10 days over my product is not delivered yet.every day i see your negligence in delivery.every day you are saying i will deliver tomorrow. But you are not delivering my product.i cannot tolerate this type of misbehave.it is not expected from your service.very bad service and bad experience from great eastern electronics

Sir with due respect I state that on 2nd April 2023 I purchase a Sony bravia TV from your company located at dankuni.That time I expect that TV will be delivered on that date but your representative says it's not possible for today he will delivered on next day, I accepted that and pay all payments and done all formalities.But next day I can't got that TV I call tat show room they says it will delivered tomorrow but till now I can't got my TV. Honestly I too much hopeless on your company service & yours representatives un satisfied work. You thought this harassment can't be tolerable. And also it's effect on your goodwill.
I requested you kindly take some step on that and I hope your company take feverable decision.

I had ordered products worth 45000 from Great Eastern ( Sevok Road) Siliguri ( near Vishal Cinema opp Guru Sweets) on 19/03/2023.

The Manager Mr. Alam and sakes rep. Mr. Krishna told me delivery would be done in 4 days max. The refrigerator and vacuum cleaner were delivered but the Whirlpool Washing Bloom Wash top model Fully automatic Machine has not been delivered as yet.

Both the Manager and sales rep are now just sitting back and not doing anything about my grievance. Is this how Great Eastern treats its customers.

I have purchased products before also from kolkata but I've never faced this issue.

Very poor service and treatment to customers.

I feel that even after lodging this grievance nothing is going to be done. I had called the customer care yesterday but the executive on call said go to the showroom and sort out the issue.

I'm deeply regretting coming to Great Eastern Siliguri.

I had ordered a panasonic ac (12ku/ykyf1 1.0 ton 3s inverter split ac) with great eastern trading co. (gstin: 19aabcg1740k1zm, siliguri branch) on 06th march, 2023 and made full payment on the same date (order no. W2922/2223/12088). I asked the store for delivery on next day. But the store insisted that the store shall remain closed on 7th and 8th march, 2023 on occassion of holi. So the store assured me to deliver the ac and install it on 09th march, 2023 and shared contact number of mr. Ajay sharma from service centre (mob no.: +91 [protected]). I consented for the same. On 9th march, i called the sell person mr. Gopal malakar (mob. No.: +91 [protected]) at 10:52 am and 11:02 am to ask for delivery and installation but he did not receive my call. So i called on showroom number (no.: [protected]) at 11:19 am which also did not receive my call. I again called on the same number at 11:21 am and told them entire story. They assured me that delivery and installation shall be completed as assured on 9th march only. At 12:54 pm, i again called mr. Gopal malakar for asking the status of delivery and installation and he told me that he will check the status of delivery. Finally, i received the delivery at around 3:00 pm. After receiving the delivery, i called mr. Ajay sharma at 3:36 pm to request for the installation. He told me that he is not available and he shall forward me another contact number to talk. However, he did not forward me any contact details of any other person. So i called mr. Ajay sharma again at 5:42 pm to ask for the contact details but he did not receive my call. So i called mr. Gopal at 5:44 pm but he also did not receive my call. I again called mr. Gopal at 6:02 pm and told him that mr. Ajay sharma is not receiving my call and i am still waiting for the installation. So mr. Gopal told me that he would check and let me know the status. I did not receive any response so i again called mr. Ajay at 6:46 pm but he again did not receive my call. Finally i again called mr. Gopal at 8:34 pm to complain but he again did not respond my call. So i called at the showroom number at 8:35 pm and one lady received my call. I told her the entire story and she told me that she would check and let me know. I waited but i did not receive any response. I again called at the showroom number at 8:52 pm to check the status and one guy named mr. Subodh received my call. I asked him for the status and this guy was very ill mannered. The worst of all i had talked to throughout the day. This guy instead of being sorry tells me that what could he do. He asked me that why i am calling at that time and it was time to close the showroom. He also argued with me that why didn't i take delivery on 6th march itself. Instead of being sorry, this guy told me that i was arguing with him. He then took mr. Gopal over the conference call and then they said that they would install the ac on next day only. Later at 9:01 pm, mr. Gopal called me and he was trying to justify himself that he was nowhere at fault. He even told me that i should learn to make these kind of adjustments.
This was just pathetic. These guys literally harassed me throughout the day. I understand that sometimes it happens but these guys should literally learn to accept their incompetence on part of delivering value to customers rather than arguing with customers. They should learn to be humble enough and accept their fault that they have caused me inconvenience (especially mr. Subodh). I am highly dissatisfied with their customer handling. I will never refer great eastern trading company to any one now. If you really care for customer sentiments, please take action against them. I don't anything from them except their sorry for the inconvenience caused to me.

Today i visit behala store to buy 3 product 2 ac nd 1tv. There is sales person namely ajay das dont disclose ac installation is chargeable, i got the information at the time billing which annoyed me apart from that person rude behaviour, arguing with me hurt a lot. And even the store manager dont care behaviour was also not good. Kindly take proper action against them ...the way these two person behave with customer ashamedful

I purchased Sony Bravia 55" TV, model no SONY 55X85J LED on 25 th Jan, 2023 from Great Eastern trading Co, old court house Street, kol-1. A tv of the model mentioned above was on showroom display, and I had carefully observed a bend in the sticker of the tv on display.which I had marked as the showroom display tv.I went to the showroom a day before it was to be delivered and saw the showroom display tv was missing.I enquired if the display tv has been packed for me.The showroom authority convinced me that it was not, a brand new tv has been kept for dispatch.To my dismay I received the product today ie 4th Feb 2023 and the installation person came and installed the tv and I saw the same bend in the sticker. I am now convinced that I have been hoodwinked with the tv on showroom display.I want appropriate action to be taken against errant officials and have my tv replaced ASAP with a product from the company.This type of customer service was not at all expected from such a reputed company.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have purchase a Godrej Semi-Auto washing machine from Great Eastern Trading Co. at 23B, Bagmore Station Road, Near Bag More on Sunday (i.e. 13/11/2022), on the delivery date they promised us to get the productwithin two/three days.

But, regret to inform you that delivering after 5 days on dated: 18/11/2022, it has been noticed at the time of Installation that the machine is damaged (Dent on front side). Immediately the installation has been stopped as I instructed to the technician.

Even after I called the sales person on this number +[protected] and the service personnel on this +[protected]; they promise me to replace the same from the company within 7 to 10 days. Also, I have lodge a complaint on Godrej customer care on this number[protected] about the same and they also promise me to take care the matter on their priority basis.

After spending 14 days from the date of my purchase, the damaged product yet not replaced till date.

As a buyer! Isn’t harassments?

If so, then please look into my matter seriously and let me know when I get replace back my product or else cancel my order and revert back my payment, which financed by Bajaj Finance.

I will purchase the same from somewhere else.

Grate Eastern Retail (Santragachi) delivered a old or showrooms demo TV tv ran 450 Hours. Why I purchased a old TV with brand new pricing? I need replacement. Tv already run 450 Hours. Lg TV has such time count features. So I can proof that delivered tv is old.

We ordered Godrej Deep Cool Refrigerator (RD EDGEPRO 205E 53 TDI PC WN) With product code[protected]SD02566) . And it got delivered on 25/10/22. Next day when the technician came and check the damage part. He told us to replace this by Friday . but after 2 days it's still not being done by neither the godrej Company or great estern Company.
It's been 5 days and still it's broken and not being fixed ..

I bought aan aquaguard 11 months back.they sent someone for installing..that person told me that ph is high so i need to add one xtra filter.i paid 1500..when someone from the aquaguard servicing came, he told that added filter is a local made and not original.i again called the person who installed..he was initially denying..then after some quarrel he accepted and changed..i again trusted him..now today when again the second servcing was done.i came to know that still the added filter is a local made but bit improved one and not an orginal product.now when i am seeking help from great eastern..the girls who sold that product is shouting and misbehaving and denying to listen infact.

I ordered a whirlpool refrigerator 27th September from Great eastern barrackpore brunch.. But I didn't get delivery till 13th October. What's the actual reason of the delays.

I purchsed a water purifier today, I asked about the price to the sales person he said the total product price that I need to pay. When I said I will pay on EMI, they checked on system and said the price that was said earlier( the non EMI price) but later after paying the down payment I found that the down payment that I made is an extra amount over and above product price, when I enquired then they said "EMI will cost high, then GST was not included in previous price that we said an all". I want to say as a customer we have right to decide whether to buy on EMI or by cash but that depends on the genuine and honest informations shared by sales person, why they didn't disclose the right price? Also when I said I have decided to buy a particular brand of product still 2 - 3 salespersons were trying to push another brand. Dissatisfied with this kind of behaviour, I decided to buy the product from Great Eastern as I thought it to be a genuine place to buy but very much disappointment with such behaviour.

I have bought a samsung microwave worth Rs.20k from great eastern tonk road jaipur. I was promised a set of bowls which was not delivered and I have called the store so many times but Mr. Nagesh (salesperson) is not responding at all.

I am not getting what is happening with such a big organization like Great Eastern Trading Company.

They are not responding to any calls also not delivering the Refrigerator every after the full payment.

Please take proactive actions to resolve this.
