Booked that item on 07.11.2020 from Great Eastern Sinthir More outlet and sales executive assured the item to be delivered by 10.11.2020. After that, I have repeatedly asked them when the product will be delivered, they repeatedly told me that it will be delivered by today or tomorrow. Till now, I didnot receive my product. Need help.

    I have obtained quotation for a Samsung Refrigerator Model No. RT42M553ESL 415 LTR REF on Dt 15.10.2020 from Nagerbazar Branch of Rs. 45, 300/-.
    I have received confirmation from my circle office of PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK NADIA CIRCLE for purchasing the refrigerator on Dt 20.10.2020.
    However, the branch authority is now saying it is not possible for them to deliver the product even after Puja occassion. They are not cooperatimg with me. Kindly assist.
    Please find the quotation attached.

      Sir this is to state you that i am a patent customer of your brand showroom situated around Kolkata and Howrah district. On i bought Valuable and expensive Electronics like Television LG, SAMSUNG Refrigerator, Samsung Washing Machine having faith on your brand on EMI basis attached with Bajaj Allainz.Delivery was on time but installation was delayed due to shifting problem. During installation, everything was fine but washing machine had dent all over the body.The installation man also complained along with us to company and Great Eastern. We have got no resolution till now. Please look into this as Manager is not showing interests in giving support. We have paid 3 emi already. Hoping to keep your goodwill as earlier and helping us.         On the evening of the 7th of October, I went to the Nagerbazar (Kolkata) Branch of Great Eastern Trading Co. and ordered a Sony SA-D40 Speaker System. It was meant to be delivered in a span of two days, at which point they said they were unavailable to do so, and have been unavailable to do so, at 12:21 PM in the afternoon of 13th October. The full recount of the incident is as follows:

        DATE: 7th of October,[protected]

        GST INVOICE NUMBER: 19AABCG1740K1ZM

        ORDER NUMBER: W2022/2021/03905

        EVENT: On the evening of 7th of October, I went to the Nagerbazar Branch of Great Eastern Trading Co., along with my mother, and looked around for a Speaker System. I was recommended the Sony SA-D20, which I initially liked, but later on checking online, changed my mind about the purchase. I wanted to book a SA-D40, which the Sales Executive told us before hand wasn't available. Naturally, I wanted a full refund, as though an invoice had been created, I had not even left the store with the product. I was then reassured by the Sales Executive that a D40 model could be availed, but I would have to get it delivered instead of taking the product home personally. I agreed to this proposal, and was told the product would reach me in a matter of two days. I inquired about this promise multiple times in the store itself, just to make sure there were realistic expectations set. Every time the reply was the same. So I went home, expecting the delivery in two days. Even then, till the morning of 10th October, a Saturday, the product remained undelivered. A phone-call was made to the Branch by my mother, who was then reassured that measures would be taken and the product would reach us at most by Monday, 12th of October. On calling on Monday, the Sales Executive said he shall be bringing the product personally from the warehouse and delivering it. That too was an unkept promise. Today, on Tuesday, after a call, the Executive claimed he was unable to procure the product because of the lockdown. As this product is not just for casual use, this delay in delivery is costing me.

        RESOLUTION: A full refund on the bill immediately.

          I have gone to your vaishali nagar jaipur branch on 20.9.20, placed order for 551 leter fridge of samsung siver color, paid all in advance rs 57800 and they assured of delivery in 1 to 2 days max... Now no one is picking up the phone and they do not have the item in stocks anywhere... This is just 3rd class service... Can you respond immediately... I need my money back now or else...

            Dear sir,
            My name is prasenjit dutta. I have purchased a tv, a double door refrigerator and a steam iron on 12 mar 2020 from sinthi more branch (Order receipt and tax invoice attached). Tv and refrigerator was delivered but steam iron still not delivered till date. My wife was contacted to your office one week ago for the same. Your office saying to her stock of steam iron not held in shop and also inform to her on receipt of stock your office will contact to her. Two weeks gone neither your office contact nor inform to her. May i request you please look into the matter.

              I had visited great eastern kota store on 22/08/2020 and choose bosch WAT 2846CIN 7.5 kg front load washing machine and told them 5 times to give a fresh product the dealer told me yes we have fresh product he had told me that your product will be delivered on 25/08 as for 2days as it lockdown in kota i had done payment with my debit card and the product deliverd box barcode was as per bill then demo person came and opened the product it was the display product as i had captured a photo of barcode on 22/08 at store the bill also was of box barcode then i called them to change it they are saying it was a mismatch now they are not having fresh product i told them that please give the fresh product i will wait till them but they are ready to change the bill but they are not giving me fresh product...this cheating are being done at stores please take my complaint to a resolution.

                Kindly find the order receipt copy no : dum/so2021/01184 dated 12th aug 2020. As per order copy the same product has to be delivered by 12th aug 2020. But due to some internal problem at your end the same will be delivered by 14th aug 2020 (Verbal confirmation has been provided from your end). But with several phone call & personal visiting on dated[protected] at your branch they said order product has not been reached at the delivery point as mention on order copy.

                Its seems like bridge of contact and bridge trust. As we blindly trust on you brand value. But find noting professionalism at you parts.

                So you are requested kindly process for cancelation of order and process for refund paid amount against the said orders.

                You are also requested kindly process for cancelation order no: : dum/so2021/01232 dated[protected]. & order no: dum/so2021/01233 dated[protected]. Process for refund paid amount, as i don’t have any trust on your brand name.

                    In reference of my two times intimation before( dated-17 th april, 2020 and 6 th may, 2020), i further want to bring your attention that - i have purchased a lg double door refrigerator from your company on dated 28.02.2020 and it was delivered on dated 7.03.2020.no persor was communicate from your side and from 23 st march, 2020 lockdown was started so then no service was expect from your side. as there was an emergency, we unpack it on dated 14 th april, 2020 and found a dent on the wall of refrigerator with defective door of it. after complaining a number of times to your company and a representative of grate eastern company of kanchrapara branch name "mr. raj kumar gond" and lg too in the month of april( mention at the onset of intimation), no needful reply was from your side and a representative of lg company also inform us that thy would not received any intimation from great easern company as it is the prime responsibity of great eastern to save their customer interest which hurt and humiliate a customer's interest and your i responsibility. after a further intimation to lg, they reply us that they would not replace their lg refrigerator as the great eastern company would not take any step on behalf of customer interest. now what is your reply about my question--1.am i pay the price to great eastern company to purchase a dent lg product?2.is the name " great eastern company" a company who mislead the customer and gives false- faith of service to the customer through their representative like the people mr. raj kumar gond 3.is the name " great eastern company" a brand name of fraud to the customer. 4.people those who come to the great eastern always should be prepare to be victimise and desatisfectuon. need reply otherwise will bound to go to a legitimate process through consumer court for justice .

                      Have purchased a tv lg 43lk5260 led from baruipur great eastern trading co. West bengal on 9th june 2020. I wanted to delivery from uluberia branch as my permanent address is near uluberia because my parents stays in bagnan near uluberia. Due to this pandemic covid19 lg agent told that the installation would be late so i have gone bagnan and tried myself to install the tv because in the pandemic situation tv is the only source of entertainment for my old parents. While i was opening the package, i found that the tv was not rapped and remote was missing, the pouch that contained tv remote and tv manuals were opened and also the back side of the tv was too dusty. It looked like i have purchased 2nd hand tv not a new one. I called the baruipur branch and the lg agent who had sold me the tv completely denied that missing remote is not possible, lastly they agreed that the remote might be missing and they told me to talk to the uluberia branch manager.
                      Today i talked with manager of greater eastern trading co o[censored]luberia, the manager was very rude and he told me that i am fraud and my family members are also fraud. I myself had stolen of thrown or hided the tv remote and was telling a lie after hiding the remote. They told that i cannot afford a new remote. I got the delivery of tv on 15th june, the lg agent denied to come home and installed the tv due to covid19, my parents are alone in home as i stay in kolkata so they couldn't installed after the delivery. I reached there on 24th june and tried to installed it myself. The uluberia manager told that why i had installed it. I have stolen the remote myself. He told me why had the package been open without any lg representative and actually lg agent told me in this pandemic situation the installation will be late so that i myself opened the package. The manager totally denied the dusty conditions of tv and missing remote.

                      After buying this product should i keep it as a mile stone??? No one not taking any action on behalf of lg electronics and great eastern trading co, uluberia branch... Really its a harassing matter for me. I want to replace the tv as it one kind of defective as it didn't contain it's original remote. Please take action asap.

                            I purchased a whirlpool refrigerator on june'19 from dalhousie branch. This is a defective fridge from beginning. I called up whirlpool customer care several time. The technician came and fixed this issue for certain time. After 1 or 2 months same issue found. I faced same problem again and again, time and again. I faced this 6 times in a year, if the warranty period is over then am i spending all my money on the fridge?
                            First you delivered dispute item and then customer spend all his/her money throughout the year?
                            If you guys don't exchange my fridge during my warranty period then i will launch a complaint in consumer affairs department against your company

                              I had purchased a voltas beko 7 kg top load automatic washing machine on 19.05.2020. It was delivered on 28.05.2020 and a technician visited on 01.06.2020 to install the machine. But it could not be done as the technician admitted that there is a fault in the machine. Till then i had been running from pillar to post to get the defective machine replaced but till now no positive steps has been taken by the company to replace the machine. The machine was purchased from gorabazar dumdum branch. The name of the sales person is ms. Monalisa bhattacharya, the service-in-charge is ms. Kalyani ganguly & store manager is mr. Sekhar barua. All these persons were repeatedly informed about replacing the faulty machine but all my efforts has failed. I am attaching a copy of the invoice. Please do the needful immediately so that the name of great eastern trading co. Is not further tarnished.

                                  Purchased from piyali paul (Sinthimore outlet). Piyali pushed me to buy this product with her verbal assurance & i bought.
                                  Presently machine brokendown and they claimed they will not provide any service because plastic item not covered. Also not for internal damage.

                                  Piyali, who actually don't know the product & warranty details but still selling.

                                    This is to intimate that we have purchased one lg refrigerator in the month of october from great eastern trading co baguiati store. We asked there for the exchange offer with our old refrigerator. A salesman named rupam chakraborty told us that they will arrange an exchange offer with lg and a cash voucher of rs 6000 will be credited in paytm and our old refrigerator wiil be replaced by lg.
                                    Days, weeks and month went by we did not get any response and no process of exchange had been initiated.
                                    The person did not receive the call as usual, i once visited the store and discussed about the said issue. Now they are telling that they cannot do anything. They have sent a lot of exchange cases to lg all are done, except my case.

                                    Need help on this.

                                    Should i lodge an fir to the local p. S.?

                                    Please help.

                                      29 october i booked a dikin split ac from bagnan great eastern trading. They told me that it will delivered with in 4days. But still now they didn't delivered ac. I call severel time to manager avijit but still he not received my phone. I called at castomar care no they can not give any information about my ac. Always telling lie we asked mr avijit. So i request you take necessary action and give punishment for misbehaving with castomar. Solve my problem.

                                        That i have made payment to great eastern chinsurah near khadinamore for purchase of whirlpool 215 im powercool prm 5s saphire hibiscus on 28/12/2019 and that i was assured that we will get delivery of the product on 29/12/2019 sunday but we have not yet received the delivery till now 31/12/2019 by 3:09 p. M now and the sales showroom dealing official is just giving fake promises from 29/12/2019 onwards.
                                        Please resolve my problem so that i may get my delivery at the earliest failing which i will be forced to move to consumer forum for non delivery of the product i'm addition to the mental harrasement faced by me and my family.
