I purchased lg. 1 ton duel inverter Ac 1 week before from your Sodhpur branch .At the time of installation installing personal says it's defective.
Brunch customer attendent confirm replacement of product.But till date they are just delaying . Is your survice so poor after sending defective product no harassment of customer done. Please pace up it I paid fully but no benefits yet.Really unfortunat.Solve the matter by tomorrow .

I purchased a LG DUAL INVERTER AC from your BOLPUR outlet on 10th May 2019. After two days of purchase the was not worked. I complained to LG as well as your showroom. Technical person has came three times to check. On 24th May they charged gas as per their opinion fittings problems was occoured. The AC is running condition. Bt Cooling is very slowly by using HC bottom only. After 5 hour room is adequate cool. I further complain to your show room manger. I think it is technically problem. So replace the AC as early as possible before taking any unwanted steps.

I have booked one ac - carrier 12k durafresh neo 1ton 3star, on 12th may 2019.
By several times follow up with customer executive, anita dutta, who promised to deliver it with 5-7 days, now missed 3 days (21nd, 23rd and 26th may).
Today she said it will be delivered on 28th.
I'm very annoyed with such type of irresponsibility.
Please look after this matter and deliverd that item as soon as possible.

Very bad experience after i purchase a carrier inverter ac on 10.05.2019. First it was delivered by great eastern trading company after 6 days in gruelling heat of summer in bengal and installation taking a long span of 10 days more but not yet been done. The item is dumped in my room but of no use. I am calling carrier service and great eastern trading company chinsurah khadina more but all give false promises or excuses... It have a bitter experience... No idea what to do next and also suggest others not to go for carrier as service not assured at all and not to purchase anything from from this rubbish shop

I had purchase one 1.5 ton inverter ac (Samsung) from your dankuni dankuni branch vide order no w2222/1920/02412 dated[protected]. They had confirmed that it will delivered within 5 days as my location also in dankuni. (Near dankuni municipality). But still now as on date i have not received any ac. Multiple time i have call the sales person as well visit the branch for my delivery update. But no one have given me the proper confirmation about delivery. Not only that the particluar sales person asking me to follow up on daily basis. Is ithe way your team works? I am quite shocked regarding services you provide to me. What will i do? Will i cancel the order?

Worst service received from great eastern balurghat branch. Sales boy was subhajit pramanik. Disputed product sold on 11th may but after 10days problem not solved.65 years old customer continuously harassed by their behavior. Nobody entertains customers problem. Store manager not received calls and continuously telling he is in vacation. Want to refund and get the money back.

I have purchased daikin ac on dated 15th may 2019, it was committed to install on next day means 16th may, today is19th may and no chances seems to installation despite of repeated request, no one is picking phone at get store and manager is also not responding. It is completely loss of my investment for non working days and further not looks any solution because no one seems responsible

We purchased the air cooler on last saturday., it was said that the product will be delivered within next three days but it is still noy delivered.

Please look into the matter, we want to cancel the order please provide us the steps.

While paying, no discount was given as it was a trustworthy company but at the time of deivery there is no consistency with the tag line. Very disappointing.

Whenever we called the agent he said that 99% it will be delivered today.

I have purchased a Sumsung double door fridge on 09.05.2019. Order no W1422/1920/02603. dealing employee name Somenath phone no [protected] said fridge will delivered with in 5 to 7 day. Till date i have not received my product. I have called him more than 20 times but most of time his phone called switched off. Yesterday I called him he said your product will delivered tomorrow as he said earlier. As usual today his phone is switched off and I cant contact. Next 3 days i will be out of town due to casting of vote and could not be able to receive the same.
Please take immediate action so that i can get my delivery by today(16.05.2017).

We have booked an air conditioner from your sodepur brunch on 07/05/2019, mrs anjana chatterjee deals with us for that product and she assured us the delivery will be done between 4 days. Now when my mom called her for the status she behave so much roughly with my mom using the sentence"ata toh hater moya noy j chailei peye jaben", we are a regular customer of your organisation and we have bought few product from there. If this behaviour will continue with the customer then i have lot of option to buy my product from somewhere else. I don't really want to punish someone for her behaviour but i need to do this just because it will not happen in future with us or with someone else.

4th may i have ordered a whirlpool refrigerator form great eastern baguihati branch. Sales person mr. Abhijit sandhukhan (Mobile: [protected]) deal the whole matter for me. I requested him to deliver the product as urgent basis. I have urgency for that. He promised within 6th may it will be delivered. But 7th may has gone, the product has not been dispatched to me. Tried all communication mobile number, landline, email everything is out of...

The shop has received full amount of rs. 15, 800/- in cash on the date of purchase, yet, not been delivering the product till date[protected], even though the lady (Ms. Rupa dutta) assured the delivery maximum within 7 days. She has been continuously stretching the date of delivery with blatant and ridiculous lies. We are frustrated and launching an official complain in the consumer forum for justice.

They are not delivering according to the time given to them and when i want to know why they are late, they are delaying me in this way, and the isd mr. Raja ghosh and the manager here have used me very bad to talk to them.

When i told the isd mr. Raja ghosh that i had taken a lot of things from the gate east of your gate, butt did not get so much trouble in my delivery. He told me that if you do not have anything, you will be given delivery and delivery, it must be a it seems that the use of customs should not be used.

I hv purchsed one lg ac from garia great eastern. The techinican after a lot of follow up came for installation and asking for illegal money. For something which a customer have no clue. Like bucket setting charges screw charges. Upon asking sales girl rinka chandra and her manager refused to help and continously argued with customer. It was really pathertic experience. Customers pls avoid buyinh any product from great easter. Their brhavior attitude in wrong

I have purchased a hitachi split ac from great eastern treading co baruipur branch on 29/01/2019. And the sales representative was aditi roychowdhury. The product delivered in my home on 02/01/2019. But when the installation going on the hitachi technician cut the seal pack of outdoor machine then he see the machine was broken. Then i call the sales representative and great eastern baruipur branch and they told me sir it will be changed between 10 to 12 days. The hitachi technician documented me written the outdoor machine was broken. But still now the outdoor machine was not replaced or changed. Please help.

I purchased an a. C. Of godrej on 26/02/2019 from your 2 jessore road, barasat shop inv. No. - w5424/1819/04534, sales man soumen. They provide me a free installation coupon but the man who came after two days asked money for installation. I call the isd soumen but he very badly answered me and said "you have to pay otherwise a. C. Will not be installed, you can do whatever you want." i am a practicing advocate in the barasat judges court. So, if my a. C. Is not installed i have to take legal action.

सर ECTULY में इस टीवी के साउंड सिस्टम से बिलकुल बी satisfied नहीं हु
और इसमें equlizer सिस्टम भी नहीं हे वरना कुछ सेटिंग कर लेता !
और दूसरा इसमें कुछ वीडियो फॉर्मेट भी सपोर्ट नहीं करते हे इसलिए में हर वीडियो इसमें प्ले नहीं कर पा रहा हु !

We have called and we went there they told that they did not have stock but at the time of purchase they told that they have stock but now they are telling that the company stopped making that product kindly plz help me

The set supplied to me had defect from the very first day in it's display, it has several black horizontal fringes at lower side of screen. The issue was pointed out to the lg agent (Monojit das, [protected]) who came to install it; he asked us to change it from great eastern (Serampore) itself as it is defective. The dealer (Great eastern, serampore branch, agent: abhijit, [protected]) was informed about it and was asked to change the set, but they delayed it giving priority to some other products that i purchased and now they are saying only display will be changed as so many days have passed. I paid rs. 47000 for this tv, not only that, i also have bought so many other big amount items of lg, as i had trust on the dealership of great eastern. But this behavior has really hurt me and has hurt my trust. Moreover, the behavior from this great eastern agent towards my old parents has really hurt me. For his lack of wish to help his customers, my parents had to go to the shop physically so many times. I would like to request for a complete replacement of the product as the product supplied was defective itself. My father and mother also informed me (As i didn't directly met the agent) that he is indicating about some behind the table business and this has gone beyond my patience. The price of this product has been given to me by my company ongc, and thus it is a property of them for next 6 years and if the problem still persists, specially harassment of my old parents, i am going to file case against great eastern and this employee, as the dealer has to take the responsibility of his agent's behavior, and that will be a case filed by ongc for its property against great eastern for delivering defective item.

Till date no body bothers to contact me or to deliver the television which was purchased on[protected]. It is very unfortunate for a company like this who is reputed, if this happens no one will be interested to purchase from this type of reputed shop. My earnest request that when the great eastern trading company will get time to deliver my above mentioned item or otherwise kindly repay back my money which is with the company. Thanks
