I have purchased a Panasonic television on[protected] order no. KG/1819/SO/08805 DT.,[protected], bit till date I didn't receive the above item. I have enquire about it to Mr Paltan Roy but his behavior is very harsh. So i have no alternative but to lodge a complain in consumer forum, I am lodging a complain to you in advane ad i am a old customer, the set i purchased for my mother-in-law.

, partha saha had booked a refrigerator godrej rt eon 290pc 3.4silk purple refrigerator on 3rd of november from great eastern trading company of barrackpore branch. Shree amitava ghosh was the salesman who convinced me to buy this refrigerator and he promised to deliver the product by 6th of november. Today, during telephone conservation he denied to deliver the product within sheduled time and he said it will take time up to 6 days to deliver it. I woild be out of station from 8th november. Please confirm me to deliver the product by 7th november positively.

Aapke sales executives ne muje bola tha ki aap ko kal yani dhanteras par delivery de dunga lekin aaj pure din na to phone pick kiya aur na ji koi replay kiya. Sham ko mai office se gaya to muje karib ek ghante wait karne ke baad bhej diya.

I have brought a fridge on the opening of Great Eastern Naihati on 24th October 2018.The fridge would be delivered on 27th October 2018.They offered upto 40%discount but they cheated me.They don't give any discount.On 26th October 2018 I called the sales manager.He said goods are on the way and harassed me.Next day he said that fridge was out of stock.Atlast today when I want money back they behaved very roughly.Pls Sir/Madam have a look into this matter immediately.

I have purchased one top loaded fully automatic washing machine, model as mentioned above on 07.08.2018 from your branch located at 277/2/1, b. T. Road, sinthi more, kolkata 700 036. After unpacking it was found that the washing machine was damaged.

Before this one refrigerator was also purchased from the same branch and faced the same problem.

It can be presumed that this branch intentionally harassing the...

I went to purchase a samsung led 43 inch tv on[protected]. After purchase they told me that they will give the product instantly as they have it in stock but after purchase they lied that the product got sold so its out of stock so they will deliver the tv the next day as early as possible before 12pm. As on[protected] i contacted the person about the delivery they said it will be delivered today itself our person went to collect the tv from...

I bought a refrigerator on 5.8.18, they commitment it will deliver with in 7.8.18. But great eastern trading com. Habra branch is not delivered my product till now (9.8.18 at 6.15pm). I want to gift it someone, so its very embarrassing situation for me. Great eastern contact no-[protected].

I would like raise a complaint against mr. Rajesh sain, store manager & mr. Pradeep, sales manager regarding unprofessional behavior, fraud & cheating to the customer.

We have purchased the panasonic 40 inc smart led tv (As per bill attached) on 01st aug 2018 and it was delivered on 02nd aug 2018 at 1800 after so many calls and follow ups as this was supposed to deliver before 1200 pm. Attached called details is fyi.

On 03rd aug 2018, when we checked the tv, there was an error on the screen, which was immediately informed to mr. Pradeep, and he had confirmed that he has raised an complaint in panasonic company and service engineer will visit within 24 hrs.

Next day, i. E. 04th aug 2018, when we called up so many times to mr. Pradeep, he raised an issue in raj associates (Panasonic service centre) at 1406 hrs and raj associates confirmed that since they have just received the request engineer will visit in 72 hrs.

We had again called up mr. Pradeep, then he asked me to speak to his store manager, mr. Rajesh sain. Here, i would like to draw you kind attention that, i have spoke to one of worst person in customer services, unprofessional, arrogant, rude and most important fake and liar i. E mr. Rajesh sain. Attached phone call recording will proff that how kind of manager he is.

Today, is the the 6th day and still we have no information when we'll get our tv and why customer should suffer??

Also, i need a proper explanation that why it was not checked before delivering it to customer, what is the compensation you are going to pay me for mental harassment???

Bases on your reply we'll take the necessary legal action accordingly.

Please do not try to ignore this email and shall response within 48 hrs with proper justification and resoulation else my lawyer will take the suitable action.

I had purchased ac on 24.07.2018 from great eastern trading through invoice no r1122/1819/2208 through cheque. As explained to me the product will be deliver on the same day when the cheque has been cleared.
Cheque was deposited in bank on 26.07.2018 instead of 25.07.2018 as i instructed them. And on 28.08.18 when i inquired at showroom they assured me product will be deliver on 28.07.18 or lastest on 29.07.18 and also be installed.
The cheque cleared on 30.07.2018 and thereafter continuously i m trying to contact sales executive mr. Pradeep he was not responding properly. And saying ohh... Still not delivered.
Today when again i inquired at shownroom.. Manager mr. Rajesh was not aware about the status of invoice and product. He is not bothered about showroom products sold... Delivered... Or to be delivered... And all.

Such type of irresposible staffs the great eastern vaishali nagar jaipur have.

I lost interest on money i had paid for a week and time for persuing the delivery and lost the faith from get also.

I bring the matter to consumer court too...

I purchased a lg 687 ltr. Side by side door refrigerator on 27th june 2018 from great eastern trading co. (Branch - raja park, jaipur). Firstly the delivery was late and then when i opened the packaging its door was out. The sales person not ready to come home and have a look. Lg technicians confirmed that its a defective piece and will replace it but not has been replaced till date. Since the door is out, the vaccum is not proper and hence cooling gas leaks. It is comsuming more electricity and also not giving proper cooling. Nobody at getco or at lg are listening and just delaying the replacement.

Great Eastern Chinsurah delivered a defective washing machine to my mother as found by the samsung installation guy. A machine part was taken out and machine was giving horrible noise.

Without using it, we raised replacement request at their shop 12 days back and since then my 61 years old mother is getting harassed with their fake promises like new washing machine will be delivered in next 3 days. Note, that they informed us, samsung already approved the replacement request quickly so I really can't blame samsung. Since then every 3rd day this chuchura branch finds new excuses all of a sudden. With 2nd reminder they said it is already at their salkia store which will come to chinsurah next day, when it did not come they said it is already in dankuni store which will definitely come after another 3 days, now after 3 days the manager said it is already in uluberia store and the delivery date is not in their hand! There should be a limit to their fake illogical promises!

The machine was an urgent need at our house as father is not well and we are unable to find a maid to handle households. Even after informing about the urgency the sales guy and the branch manager are not helping at all to follow up and get us the replacements as per promised date. As per their target dates we even changed doctors appointment for father but they are such irresponsible shop who do not bother to even harass the senior citizens with fake promises.
You keep your replacement product with you in some 10 more stores for another year! We want our full money back so that we can urgently buy it from some other shop or online.

Bought 1.2 T AC from Great Eastern Baguiati on 20.06.2018
The same was supposed to be installed free.Great Eastern promised to install the same for around Rs 750( For Angle fitting Rs 300 and water pipe @ Rs 15 /ft)
But at the time of installation I had to pay as follows
1.ANGLE : 300.00
2.WRAPPING : 700.00
3.WATER PIPE : 1320.00( @ Rs 30 /ft for 44ft which was much less than that in actual to be 35 ft max which is available in local market )
4.COPPER PIPE ( Beyond 10 ft) :1840.00( @ Rs 230 /ft for 8ft which was much less than that in actual to be 10 ft max that is excess of 2 ft pipe required.)

The issues are
1.when the ac was being installed I was not present . My family members could not verify the length of the pipe they used or the unit price they were charging. Taking advantage of that they took abnormal charges.
2. the same ac was being installed for free of cost by Hitachi at that time (offer was there).The customer care Hitachi confirmed that. The Great Eastern did not reveal this to me while selling the product. Instead they send their people for installation and took abnormal high charge

Goods are not being delivered even after repeated followup by garia branch and the sales girl miss ranjana misbehaved over phone today on enquiry. Had planned to purchase all my equipments here but now i will make sure none of my colleagues or friends visit this store. The contact no mentioned in the order receipt is incorrect. None of the staffs tried to contact me even after i lodged complaint in consumer affairs yesterday moreover ranjana insulted me over phone and disconnected

I have purchased an air conditioner of Hitachi make 1.5 TR vide seller Great eastern trading co bill no w1324/1819/04067 dt 06.06.18.It was installed on 08.06.18.After that it was not functioning properly.Proper cooling not available.Lodged complain through their toll free no video DOS req. no [protected] dt 17.06.18.Informed to Great eastern Sinthimore branch by physically also.But till now nobody has attended my problem.I am helpless to get the service from Hitachi/Great Eastern Trading and to get comfort of ac during this scorching heat at present in Kolkata.My name Mr Subrata Malakar mob.[protected] email. subrata malakar.[protected]@gmail.com

I have purchased a washing machine fridge and induction cooker from your garia branch on 14/06/2018 which was supposed to be delivered today i. E 19/08/2018 but the same has not been delivered and to my utter dismay
The sales representative, miss ranjana is not answering my calls intentionally. Moreover the mobile no mentioned in the order receipt is switched off and nobody is receiving the landline number either. This sort of high handed behavior of the sales staff is absolutely unacceptable and will compel me to knock the doors of consumer forum if necessary.

Pl send hitachi 1.5 ton ac as tomorrow i will go state bank of india, bajkul12452 br, only son will go kolkata as house staff dr of govt hosp and my mrs will go hs school. I already paid rs. 45000/- through latest sbi yono ac as per advices from manager/dr staff of your tamluk br bill dtdv15062018. I had a worst experience with great eastern (Baguiati) after busying a refrigerator. On 13th june i have ordered the product and its 5km far from my address still the product not delivered, after calling multiple times the sales person said different reasons like the product is not available what i have ordered, on next call she said its being packed for delivery, on next enquiry she doesn't even know it's not delivered. Not sure what needs to be done now, on my thought i want my money back and i don't wanna buy the product. Please let me know.

The above fridge has been purchased from Great Eastern Retail Pvt. Ltd, Kankurgachi, having invoice no. KG/1819/SA/02839 Invoice dt.09/06/2018. Order No.KG/1819/SO/02840 dt. 08/06/2018.
While the item has been purchased, one one Sales official Sri Ankur Roy having contact number [protected] said that the MRP of the product is Rs 32000/- DP: Rs. 28000/- and Customer price is Rs.24800/- which is the billing price.
When the item was delivered on 10.06.18, the MRP on the cartoon was seen as Rs.28925/- the date of manufacture was March'17. I spoke to Sri Ankur Roy, the sales person who said that current date product is not available and requested me to accept the same. I told him that you have calculated the price on MRP Rs.32000/- and on the cartoon it is written as Rs.28950/-. He said that he shall look into the matter and asked me to call him on 11/06/18. When I called him on 11/06/18, he asked me to meet him in the Great Eastern Retail Pvt ltd, Kankurgachi. When I went to meet him at about 8.00pm, I was asked to speak to one Mr.Dey, said to be the manager of the show room. Sri Dey misbehaved with me and my wife and told us that the MRP and DP are all same and I may do anything and even go to consumer forum, which will be of no use.
In the light of the above, it is requested to deliver a currently manufactured item having MRP as Rs.32000/- or return back the money to the financer (Bazaj Finance). Moreover, another fridge delivered on 4.6.18 has not been taken back yet. The same has been rejected by me as the date of manufacture is July'2016. By which, Great Eastern Retail Pvt ltd, Kankurgachi has turned my house into a store house.
It is urnestly requested to take necessary action so that I may get rid of the existing problem immediately. Thanks,

I have purchased a sony led tv model no:klv-24p413d / 2018 on 03/06/2018, invoice no. W2224/1819/03017

Yesterday i got a call from ([protected]) one of your staffs regarding installation of the above mentioned product. He said the adjustable wall hanging panel will cost rs. 900-1200. I agreed since i was ignorant about this. Later i came to know it has been given free to someone known to me and inhabitant of my area. The person was about to come today and so i tried to call him up to fix the appointment since i will not be available after 12 pm. But astonishingly the guy is not receiving a client's call even after repeated calls... Please resolve the issue and try to give best service to your customers... I have also bought my washing machine from you. Raipur electronics is much nearer than your show room... But my trust goes to you... So please take care of these types of petty after sales service issues.

My brother in law kautabh ghosh approached before great eastern trading, khadinamore, chinsurah, west bengal for purchading a 40 inches samsung tv and made the entire payment today i. E on 1st june, 2018. When asked for delivery one staff namely abhijit sur whose mobile number is [protected] made rude behaviour with me. This is not expected from staff of great eastern trading co.
