I, nagendra, purchased a sony 49 tv on 09.12.2017 by great eastern, m. I. Road, jaipur on finance by capital finance.
My stallment has not deducted by capital finance. I have paid rs. 400 as file charges and it was advised that any other charges paid by me. But, i have received the following massage from my axis bank wherein capital finance has deducted rs. 118. Please explain me why it has been deducted by them.

Mr. Narayan kumar nandi, representative of great eastern trading company, ranaghat, is misbehaving with us and has no manners of talking with a women. I have purchase a lg 7 kg fully automatic washing machine but the equipment is faulty. We informed mr. Nandi and he misbehaved with us.

Please take necessary action.

I bought a panasonic washing macine on the 29th oct from sodepore.
This was delivered on the next day and the installation took place 2 days later. Sales girl chindrima biswas assured me that she will take care of everything but unfortunately she is a very irresponsible sales person you have hired.
Now after the installer came in he found dent on the machine and i immediately requested for replacement. The sales lady said if its a replacement from company then it will take 15 days, she can get this delivered within 2 days from the show room. I agreed and requested again for a installtion. She said she will book it for me.
Its monday 6th nov and no one showed up for installation and the machine was again delivered on the next date.
I called the sales girl this evening and she asked me to call the company panasonic and book an installtion. She is so irresponsible, her main motive is to sell and get an incentive.
What should i do now, should i cancel my order?

We had bought a sony bravia tv on 17/10/2017 at 16:22 pm from great eastern retail pvt. Ltd. Situated at sarat bose road, howrah. The product was delivered to us on 23/10/2017 and the installation had not been done yet.in spite of repeated phone calls to the great eastern shop, no one has responded yet. The person at the help desk today misbehaved with me on being asked that when they will be coming to install the tv set. The rough behaviour and their unprofessionalism and late delivery and the problems we suffered for the tv set led me to think that we will not buy anything from great eastern ever again and make sure no-one in our family and friends buys it from there ever again. Worst buying experience ever.

Its my painfull opportunity to write this mail. I and my elder brother visit great eastern trading co. Anisabad, patrna, bihar for purchasing refrigerator model b241asdx where i meet your isg mr. Jitendra kumar. Mr. Jitendra was full of attitude and miss behave with me and my elder brother. Which was very painfull.
Please hire people with good body language and attitude which bring smile on coustomer face and satistis fied with service not like me.

I have purchased a water purifier from great eastern, purulia on 21.07.2017. At the time of installation it was found by the technician the waste water continuously flowing after the tank full indicating light on. The 1st complain was registered on 27.07.2017. The technician repair on 30.07.2017.
The next day on 31.07.2017 it was found the purification on indicator was not indicating at the time of purifying the water. 2nd complain was submitted on this day (31.07.2017). The technician attend to my address on 04.08.2017. He was told that, it is informed to his higher officials. My husband visited to your shop and meet mr palash ghosh on 12.08.2017. He told that the parts was already send by the company through courier service.
Again he visited to your shop on 21.08.2017 to meet mr ghosh unfortunately he was not present at that time, my husband gave his mobile number to his colleges for communication. But till the date he did not received any phone calls from mr palash ghosh.
Please look after the matter.

I rafikul alam siddik from chakdaha, nadia. I had booked a lg washing machine from ranaghat branch on 16/08/2017. Sales man mr. Narayan promised to deliver that prduct within 3 days, but still now the product was not delivered. Though they are continually telling lie that next day the product will deliver. I am hopeless. Mr. Narayan is not receiving my telephone.

I have a refrigerator from great eastern at nagerbazar, dumdum on 16/08/2017 via order no g2022/1718/1211 and that was deliverd me on 19/08/2017. After the delivery of the refrigerator installation and demo was promised the next working day. But no such service was provided. And no one received the phone. I lost my valuable working day waiting to the installation.

Pleasr sort out immediately.

Sir, i booked a led tv of panasonic in brand, model no. 43e200dx at great eastern located at habra on 01/08/2017 in installment, financed by capital first limited, order no. G2122/1718/00573. At the time of booking i told the demonstrator that i would not accept the tv set that was being displayed in the showroom; he had to deliver a sealed and packed one and i took a camera shot of a symbol on the tv that was being displayed on the wall. I also told him that a year ago i bought a refrigerator from them; that was also for display; that had a scratch on it; they delivered the same but i accepted the refrigerator that time but this time i would not accept the tv. He assured me that he would not deliver the tv that was being displayed. But unfortunately on 02/08/2017 the same tv set of which took a camera shot was sent for delivery to my house. I identify it and refuse to accept it. I contacted the person but he denied the fact, even i went to the showroom twice after it; but he says "it will take time, i'll contact you". Today is 07/08/3017 but no news. I think he is intentionally making delay. Please help me.

I have buy a refrigerator form gerat eastern at baruipur on 28/06/17 via invoice no 27/sa/1718/003393 and that was delivered to me on 01/07/17. I asked to send technician for installation but no has came and told me to do self. As per their instruction i opened the package and was found defective. Till to date, no action has been taken, even sales person mr devraj mandal and branch manager are not giving any attention towards my problem. I have visited that branch three times and no result was found. I want to replace that refrigerator.

Myself indrajit biswas residing at a-10/397, kalyani nadia pin - 741235 i hv booked a kutchina floarentine chimni on 25-07-17 in great easter trading, kanchrapar, bagmore 24 pgs. And completed all the formalities but still i hv not received my product yet. Before this i purchased a lot of product like samsung 32"led, refrigerator, micro oven, sony 32" bravia. Now when i called miss rupa adhikary the particular sales girl who helped me to buy on the said date and i asked for the product delivery she continuously misbehaving with me and lying not only that she used some slang also which is making a bad reputation about yr showroom next i ll be bound to think purchase any product from your shop, this is a big big scandal regrading you reputation.
Therefore i would request you to take necessary action in this regard at your earliest. I hv attached all the necessary papers with the application

Dear Sir/Madam,

I, Tamal Dutta, has bought a HITACHI AC Machine (1.5 TON) from Great Eastern Trading Co. (Kanchrapara Branch, 24 Pgs (N) on 28.06.2017. During purchase, the sales officials over there assured to supply Stand Angle of HITACHI make (free) to my house during delivery. However, to the contrary, it was delivered without that Stand Angle on 3rd July, 2017 and rather they advised me to visit the shop to take the delivery of the same. I rushed to their shop very next day, i.e. yesterday dated 04.07.2017 but surprisingly, I was misbehaved by the shop officials. The sales person named Mr. Sumanta (Mob No. [protected]) misbehaved with me telling "Apni kicchu janen na etc." in defamative language and offered Stand Angle of VOLTAS Make.

I would sincerely express my grievance against the Great Eastern Shop officials of that particular region of not complying with their duty and harassing customers, for giving false commitments etc. Please take necessary action against this type of malpractice.

On 11.06.17 i had purchased lg lsa/lsu 5sp5d 1.5 ton split ac 5s i/o
During the purchased great eastern trading barrackpore offered me free installation & bracket angle free along with ac machine.
On 12.06.17 the machine was delivered to my address.
On 13th i got a call from the ac installer who wants to visit for installation on 14th but i requested him to come on 17th saturday for my convenience.
On 17th when the ac installer came to visit they informed me that installation is not free they will charge 1750/-
I called barrackpore great eastern immediately & surprisingly came to know that they had wrongly informed to some other agency instead of sn agency who will install the machine in my home for free of cost.
I requested them to inform the sn agency so that they can visit on the same day & install the ac.
On the same day in the evening ac installer from sn agency came & informed me that they won't require any installation charges as the installation in free for my case.
The installer started doing the initial activity when we came to know that manual, ac remote & other necessary wires were not available in the carton.
Immediately i called barrackpore great eastern initially they denied but since the carton was opened by the ac installer barrackpore great eastern had to admit it.
I requested them if they can send someone to my residence with the materials so that the ac installer can do the needful.
Barrackpore great eastern refused to send someone instead they asked me to take the delivery from the branch, accordingly i had visited the branch on 17th evening & took the delivery of remote, manual & wires, on asking they simply replied it is not their fault the company has forgot to send this things in the carton.
I had requested them to send the ac installer next day so that they can install the machine, they confirmed me that sunday morning ac installer will visit to my residence.
Unfortunately till 3pm i didn’t have any clue if the ac installer will come or not i had called at least 10 times to barrackpore great eastern.
Finally at 6pm in the evening ac installer came to install the machine by the time they have done the ground work it was already dark, the installer carry on the work with the help of torch light.
At 7.30 they finished the installation & turned the ac surprisingly my indoor was not working then on searching the reason the ac installer told me that in the outdoor machine fan blades are not moving as the blade size is bigger that the space, more over they start talking within themselves that earlier there was some maintenance work happened in the outdoor machine.
When i asked the installer they denied the fact & assured me that machine is fine only thing is they need to cut all the fan blades half inch o that it start rotate.
Immediately i called barrackpore great eastern they told me they have nothing to do with it this is the common manufacturing defect & found in multiple cases.
Once i didn’t get any assurance from barrackpore great eastern i had to go by the cutting option of fan blades, accordingly the ac installer tart cutting the fan blades & finished the installation at 8.30 pm, entire outdoor fitting was done in torch light.
I am afraid of my ac machine really i don’t know what to do should i run it or not as now the blade sizes had also becomes small, i am afraid if the small blades can perform well or not.
I am also surprised by the approach of barrackpore great eastern staffs the way they had dealt with the entire lapses.
At the same time i am shocked how a company like lg can be so irresponsible that they forget to provide the necessary materials in the cartoon & most importantly how they send the defective piece in the market.
Please help me to overcome the situation & guide me.

I inform you sir that Last year 2016, in the 5th October from the kanchrapara branch of the Great Eastern Trading ltd, I bought a Camera by the Capital Finance Ltd. These model no is Canon EOS 1300D. These camera was spent to buy 34, 000 /-. At first 12, 520 rupees was deposited through ATM Card. The remaining balance 21, 480 rupees will be cut by eight month in Finance. The First EMI of the finance was scheduled to start from December but the first EMI was started from the next year on February month. These details of EMI is 2, 975 rupees. If I give 2, 975 rupees for eight month, then the total amount is 23, 800 rupees. In the bill of Great Eastern Ltd the remaining amount is showing 21, 480 rupees but total EMI amount is 23, 800 rupees. Where did the the remaining amount 2, 320 rupees come from?
I also inform you sir that In 2017, the money of EMI has been cut from February month to May month but not having enough sufficient balance in June month's. On 8th June any one called on my mobile from Capital first Ltd at kanchrapara branch. Who's mobile is [protected]. It was said that your EMI has bounced. That's why you have to pay in cash. In 8th June the employee of capital first Ltd had not to come to my home for accepted the EMI money of June but he came to my home on 12th June.he collect the money of 2975 rupees.After three days my mobile has come a SMS on 15/06/2017 that you have to pay the money of 3775 rupees.

Before yesterday I went to the Great Eastern Ltd at Kanchrapara Branch on 16/06/2017 and I told my problem to the employee of capital first but he told me that I am not obiliged to tell you. It is an internal matter. Also I wanted to know that where did the the remaining balance 2.320 rupees come from? That's why I told these person that I wanted to see details ypur system onilne. But These employee can't see details to me. Even employee of capital first Ltd and Manager of Great Eastern (Shilpi Dey) have misbehave to me. If You want to see for evidenced then you can check the CCTV footage in Great Eastern Ltd on 16/06/2017 between 7:55PM to 8:30PM.

So I can understand that The Capital First Ltd Company is very very Fraud and chit. So I decided that I want to Stopped My capital first Loan and the product of camera, which I bought will be returned by me. In exchange the Amount of 27, 395 rupees will be transfer to my bank Account. The Amount details are (2975*5 + 12520)=27, 395 rupees.
If My problem do not solve then I complaint to the RTI

The technician who was sent for installation of my ac, left the place without completing the job. As per bill, i have paid rs 499 towards installation charge, rs 350 towards angle fixing, rs 400 towards raping tape and rs 750 towards extra water pipe. While enquiring, i am being informed over telephone surprisingly that the technician removed the vulve as i have to pay rs 999 more for inst charge and rs 545 for cable. He also informed that it is done with the advice of the shoeroom of great eastern, garia br, kolkata

I have purchased four daikin ac from great eastern baguhati.

In one of the ac outdoor unit is not working. I have complained about this but they are very unprofessional people. Mr uday is a true liar his contact no is [protected].

Still my problem is not solved, so i am planing to move to consumer court.
