Great Eastern Trading — Delivery of AC not done yet

Madam/ Dear Sir,

I have purchased AC (Voltas 1.5 ton 185LZH Window AC) from your garia branch (433) on 27.03.2021 in the name of Rahul Kashyap vide AR No. W1246/2021/05589 dt 27.03.2021. They have assure us to make the delivery of AC within 3 to 4 days. Today its 7 days but no response from your side. When i call to the number given in Bill [protected], no one take the call. Would you please cancel my order and refund my money. I m very disappointed that this kind of service is given by your garia branch.
