[Resolved] Great Eastern Trading — wrong information and misguide in sessional offer

Dear team,

I have been purchased a whirlpool washing machine from your Jaipur store tonk road on[protected].

By the salesman of your store Mr. Anandi lal provide me wrong details about cash back and Emi option even i asked 2 times about hdfc cash back which is 15% but dyned.
He push me for payment done one shote by the icici bank card with 10% cash back.

But when my friend purchase same machine from your store by the my recommendation for your store kota rajasthan they give the EMI OPTIONS and hdfc 15% cash back.

So why your sales team not providing appropriate information to the customer.

He talk to me very rudly when i talked to him,
And whirlpool machine didn't installation done till now.

So now I don't want your machine please take your machine back and provide me my money.
