On 28.09.2019, i paid entire amount for purchase of a whirlpoon refrigerator from your howrah sibpur kazipara showroom in the name of my wife sm. Shiuly mukherjee (Msn code 841b) ref no.2640. A person in the name of md. Afaque (Affu) was the person who negotiated with us. Although i promised to get the freeze delivered positively on 29.09.2019, it was not delivered. The person has been avoiding receiving my phone calls since then. Please arrange to deliver the refrigerator immediately. Please note this type of salesmen are only dis-reputing the company.
