Great Eastern Trading — exorbitant delivery charges by delivery boy

Dear sir
I bought a microwave oven ifb 30frc from great eastern nagerbazar branch on 08/09/2019 which was supposed to be delivered free of cost. But delivery boy (Phone no [protected]) refused to leave my home premises without collecting "bakshish" of rs 100/-. Bakshish is supposed to be given out of will and not forcefully. So i want strict action to be taken against him for such extortion act.
