Dear Sir, Purchased a midel RQG318HEEA split Hitachi AC 1.5 ton on dated:4/4/22 from The great Eastern trading, Jamshedpur. Hitachi service even your service is very poor ..new AC remote is not working..even battery was not inside the carton ..I have placed new battery after purchasing though AC remote is not working...Neither installer nor showroom demonstrator. Solved the problem...Hitachi service centre service also poor and not responding... Can't expect this type of poor service from The Great Eastern Trading.
