A driver name praveen Bus number NL-01-B-1259 he never recieves the call and if he recieves he will talk in arrogence to customer today i was travelling from raichur to banglore and i carried 2bags the driver said only 1bag is allowed the he asked for 200rs extra for 2nd bag

    Good day,

    This is further to inform yout that, Bus nbr DL1PC9604, I'm standing on dallupura bus stand and the driver didn't stop the bus at the busstand, when I told him to open the door as I catched the bus handle, after all he opened and do the argument with us.however bus were fully blank. Also we want to tell you my mask were below the nose when I was outside and he give me excuse that my mask were not properly.

    We request you to please guide all the driver to stop the bus at the stand to avoid the inconvenience the public.

          I took bus from Asansol to Kolkata and few seats were vacant upto Durgapur.
          Agreed that conductors will fill those seats, but not with sweaty labours and cleaners.
          We reserve seats in Volvo buses for hygiene and comfort. It seems real awkward to face that 1 hour.

          It is a ground level look out but a serious concern... This can only be resolved if the conductors are well trained in this matter.

            The bus cleaner left us without giving the luggage at the dropping point, but finally we chased him in the auto and we got our luggage when we asked about money of auto riskshaw then he spoke to us very rudely... This is about the cleaner when it comes to an employee of greenline and he offered us back of 500 rs but while booking he changed his words that acting like he haven't spoke to me anything.. i dont wanna use greenline service for such pathetic bus service.

              They are telling we are not allowed the cardboard boxes ...they are asking money after paying the money they are allowing everything ...per box they are asking 400rs...this is the worst travels I m travelling...friends don't book ticket in Greenline travel...bus staff are cheaters

                I have booked ticket in redbus for 18 1 2021 journey from chennai medavakkam to hosur...bus name is your green line travels...on 16 1 2021 I got a call as bus is cancelled..due to non availability of drivers...because of pongal holidays..the person who talked he confirmed that redbus will refund full money as mail is already send..i have booked other ticket for 18 1 2021. Now red bus is confirmed as bus is operated..if bus is operated why there is no phone call sms before 2hrs of the journey...what kind of cheating this...i lost rs 1100 unncessarily...very bad people...

                  My self Ravi Kishore P, Mob.[protected] booked ticket from Bangalore to Chennai. Date of journey[protected]. pickup point at Bommasamudra at 11.40p.m.

                  But bus not picked me and even though number not connected. My almost awaited till[protected] at 1.00 a.m. at pickup point and came back to home.

                  Please look into this matter and take necessary action against bus operator.

                    I'm a techie and my girl coligue travelling on this date to vythiri from bangalore in greenline travels number nl 01 b 1738.
                    I booked single seat no 4 and later i wanted another ticket together so i called and intimated the travels and booked another
                    Seat 6.
                    Since it is away i later called and got confirmation from the travels to change the seat to 5 & 6.
                    Now in bus, the attender wants me to pay 300 rupees for him, to shift the seat from 4-5. So that i called the office and told the same and handed my phone to attender.
                    Later he gave my phone back and asking our martial status if we are married or not.
                    If martial status is mandatory to travel in your bus please provide a quote or mention in your link before booking.

                    I'm offended and embarrassed with your staff behaviour and please provide me with his name and details so i can go forward legally.

                      My wife and i were not picked up at the pickup point mentioned in the sms. The driver made us to travel 15 km dangerously in the night to board the bus. This is a serious complaint as it caused physical and mental injury/harassment to us. I need a complete explanation and refund of rs.2000 ticket cost.

                        I booked a ticket from siliguri to kolkata for 25th october, 2019 vide ticket no. Ticket no: tnbd34707354, pnr no: b47p9fjc for 03 passengers. Our bus number was wb19j 7474. The bus encountered a problem at gazol and not moved further. We had to spent whole night in the road as there was no backup. At 4.30 am in the morning we managed to start our journey in a route buss in horrible condition and reached kolkata by 3.30 pm in after noon. The fare of the local bus we travelled was paid by green line bus staff i. E. Around 250/- per head. Now i want my refund against my ticket. My ticket value was rs. 4, 725.00

                        Please adjust 250 x 3 = 750.00 from the ticket amount and refund me the balance amount immediately. This is a genuine issue. You can confirm the same from local operator. I just want my refund.

                        Till that day the incident took place no phone calls and email communications are made by the company. I donot understand that how a company like greenline or redbus can be so irresponsible. As like me all the other passengers of that bus may have lodged complain for refund. I donot know what is that status of those complains. Please ;look into the matter so that I can get my refund. Thank you

                        the amount got deducted from bank but ticket was not confirmed please do the needful.

                          This is not acceptable at all.. I was waiting for my bus for above 180 mins (2 and half hours) and was guided wrong information that bus will be coming and it is traffic and after few times they even stopped taking the call and did not respond.. I asked my friend to try calling and when he asked they said they already left and i was not reachable.. They gave their number and i tried calling and never they took my call. I would have atleast took cab and reached anand rao circle. Also i got the booking message on the day of journey after the bus started. Not even single number from the booking took the call

                            Today i am travelling from hyderabad to bangalore online booking seat u10 but due to some bus issues mid night 00.30am they have changed the bus and they are miss behaving with passengers and not providing the comfortable seats also

                            And whichever seats they showing we need to take Even online booking also No value

                              This is to inform that i have booked bus tickets from bangalore to chennai on 4th oct 2019 to travel on 6th, oct 2019 by 11.00 am.
                              Since i'm not feeling well, i wanted to cancel the tickets. So i had called the green line operators to cancel but they informed before 24 hrs the cancellation has to be done. What policy is this? I really don't understand. When you do service for the people, you should show some grevience or courtesy towards the customers who travel with you. When all other bus operators have the option to cancel even before 1hour before travel, why can't you people have the same. At least this travel should have a refund policy. What is that 'no cancellation"
                              This is something you people are doing business only for money and not for the customers.

                                  I am travelling from Bengaluru to coonoor (21 June) and the boarding point was at Marathahalli. The boarding point contact did not have our number and despite me showing the tickets that’s sent directly from redbus to me he kept saying that’s not his problem and kept telling me to complain to the office!! And of course no one was picking the call at the office. Then after raising a ruckus he told me to contact the “manager” who was at another bus nearby. On contacting this other person we found that the number was with him.
                                  Why did the person at the first bus not tell me this properly??? I had my mother, who is a senior citizen, with me and yet that did not stop that guy from such inhumane behaviour!! I don’t know if this complaint is even going to be addressed or if you people even care but this kind of behaviour will definitely have its impact on you’ll on plain moral grounds. Such atrocious and callous people you entrust!!!

                                    I had worst experience with green line the driver was very rude unprofessional. I called driver that time busy so i called your office and while speak with your office member driver called and started abusing me who is the hell who gave rights him to abuse me im attaching my ticket details. If still not understand feel free to contact me on same number. And inside charger plug point not working so total experience was bad. I never prefer green line so bye bye

                                      I'm complaining about that i'm traveling in. Busno: ar01t6499 serviceno: raichur-bangalore seatno: l1 i'm asked stop bus for nature call at 23:20hr after passing adoni to driver but driver has refused to stop d bus for nature call, after some arguments finally stopped.in between driver has told to me in kannada language "hoo nivu bus karidhi maadidavara tara aadtiralla, nivu stop maadu andre maadabeka" like this.. Plz take necessary action against driver.

                                        We have worst experience. We three girls were travelling from Kodaikanal to Bangalore on 14th May 2019 (7:35 p.m). There was some emergency arrived and we requested the driver and helper multiple times to stop for the wash room as there is some emergency. But the driver didn’t bother to stop and he started threatening us and shouting on us.
                                        There were at least 10 washrooms passed in the way but the driver didn’t stop . We tried to contact Green line helpline but didn’t get any response.
                                        Driver was staring at us in a very bad manner.
                                        Also they didn’t turn on the AC. Will suggest not to take any services from Green Line. Specially girls don’t travel by Green line bus it’s not at all safe
