worst service (they started bus without onboarding)

Hi all,

I have never seen such a worst travels in my life. Green line travels is worst, worst... Worst people (Driver and conductor).

I told them to wait for 5 to 10 mins as i stuck in traffic, they didnt wait. They started the bus, i contacted the travels, they asked me to take an auto and reach final boarding point. I spent 400 rs only for auto. I reached the final boarding point, that time also they didnt...

I have complaint on driver and the greenline bus guide.

I booked ticket for 11:15p. M. 7th of february. I reached the bus stop at 11:15 sharply. The guide was rude to me and the driver was also rude to me telling the bus has moved, without any intimation. I need a refund immediately. It's not my mistake. The bus moved at 10:40 without intimation. +[protected] this is the mob number of the person who was rude. This should be escalated. facility issue

I traveled from hyderabad to bangalore on 2nd sep 2018.

Facilities and punctuality is awesome. But they should stop in a decent place for restroom useage. The place they stopped during this journey was just a worst experience. There was no seperate washroom for ladies and gents. It was unclean and located in abandoned area. There is no safety for girls.

Please try to rectify the issue....

excessively rude passenger and useless conductor

I was travelling from kolkata to asansol. And my front passenger completely reclined his seat on me. On requesting to put it up he abused. On complaning about it to the conductor he didnt say a word to the passenger.
My seat no. Was 33 and his was 29.
I highly suggest to be careful and take strict action against such travellers and bus conductors. Do not depend on the bus authorities as they are practically useless in this regard....

worst service and bus

The ticket booked is benz a/c bus. But the bus came was normal. With bad seats, and a c was suffocating smell.

Crew members are not obliging and arrogant in answering, are not responsible to meet the time. They stop and drive at their whims and fancies. The bus should have been reached bangalore by 10.30 pm....

We two my mother and me boarded from your tirupati office at 3.30 pm on 17th february 2018. We kept on luggage in the banet in the presence of the bus cleaner and finally our stop arrived we asked the cleaner to open the banet to collect our luggage and our luggage was missing. He was saying that he handed all the luggage to one of the passengers who get down at tin factory. We waited in our majestic office for more than one hour and helpless....

The person called up a day before and said the bus was changed due to brake failure issue. We were told they are giving the same kind of bus but then after reaching the destination the company of the bus was changed to maa durga. The bus was horrible and did not even feel like getting inside it. I had booked though red bus. Stop fooling customers giving lame reason. No money was refunded....

irresponsible driver

I had a very bad experience with greeenline travels service van. Service van driver took 6 hours to drop us to munnar which was supposed to take just 3 hours max. Instead of dropping tje passengers he was delivering newspaper and using van for his personal use and stopping van every 10 mins for his personal use. When we asked him to go fast he spoke harshly and said i can drive only like this if you have any problem you can leave the bus....

I booked three tickets for tirupathi package, in multi axel, ac coach bus yesturday, on the way there was a huge fight in the bus between drunken gangs, and next day the darshan was over at 10am, but they took us to mangaapur in an ordinary bus, and we left tirupathi at 4pm, 6 hrs after darshan, till 4 neither bus nor the guide were there.So plz think twice before choosing this travels....

Hai iam traveling in your bus py01cl7979 right now. I hope you have selected a driver on the basis of his racing skills. He has some good moves, doesnt leave a bump. A old lady nearly got injured badly because of that. If this continues either your bus is going to crash somewhere or the people are going to thrash it and its illiterate drivers.
