Dear sir,

I had booked a ticket on[protected] with ticket number: tn5z41366282. Bus timing is 18:10 pm. But due to some reason i have to cancel it, but its not cancelling.

Please help me to cancel this ticket. I am trying to cancel it 7 hours before the schedule departure time but its still not cancelling. This is unacceptable.

Kindly cancel it.

I had booked a ticket on[protected] with ticket number: TN5Z41366282. Bus timing is 18:10 PM. But due to some reason i have to cancel it, but its not cancelling.

Please help me to cancel this ticket. I am trying to cancel it 7 hours before the schedule departure time but its still not cancelling. This is unacceptable.

    The driving was not smooth and the journey was very uncomfortable. It is supposed to be an a/c bus, but the driver put off the a/c even before reaching silk board, (The last stop being majestic) on questioning he answered that we reached bangalore, and that's why he put off the a/c. Travelled from ooty to bangalore paying 1499, which was a total waste of money.

      Hi all,

      I have never seen such a worst travels in my life. Green line travels is worst, worst... Worst people (Driver and conductor).

      I told them to wait for 5 to 10 mins as i stuck in traffic, they didnt wait. They started the bus, i contacted the travels, they asked me to take an auto and reach final boarding point. I spent 400 rs only for auto. I reached the final boarding point, that time also they didnt wait, they left me in road... Stupid irritating people... No refund, nothing...

      Dont go in green line travels.

      Dont prefer greenline travels...

        I booked ticket for 11:15p. M. 7th of february. I reached the bus stop at 11:15 sharply. The guide was rude to me and the driver was also rude to me telling the bus has moved, without any intimation. I need a refund immediately. It's not my mistake. The bus moved at 10:40 without intimation. +[protected] this is the mob number of the person who was rude. This should be escalated. Kindly look after it and provide refund.

        This is the worst travel which I ever seen.. contact phone numbers useless... They will not pick the call on time... Shop will not open on time..

          I traveled from hyderabad to bangalore on 2nd sep 2018.

          Facilities and punctuality is awesome. But they should stop in a decent place for restroom useage. The place they stopped during this journey was just a worst experience. There was no seperate washroom for ladies and gents. It was unclean and located in abandoned area. There is no safety for girls.

          Please try to rectify the issue.

            I was travelling down from kolkata to raniganj by green line time - 2:55 the driver dropped me before raniganj in a highway. On telling them to halt they shouted and just went ahead. I was a travelling alone with 2 big luggages. Being a lady it was too much of harassment for me standing alone in the haighway with two luggages waiting for some conveyance. I want strict action to be taken against the driver and other staffs working during the shift or i'll take my issue to social media

              I was travelling from kolkata to asansol. And my front passenger completely reclined his seat on me. On requesting to put it up he abused. On complaning about it to the conductor he didnt say a word to the passenger.
              My seat no. Was 33 and his was 29.
              I highly suggest to be careful and take strict action against such travellers and bus conductors. Do not depend on the bus authorities as they are practically useless in this regard.

              Special mention to what the conductor said.." eta erkhomi hoye"...meaning you are kind off supposed to recline the seat totally no matter what.There is no point even asking about an action because i know how it wont matter even a bit.This is just for the other travellers.i[censored] want such problems to be solved you gotta do it yourself.
              I forgot my luggage on 14/11/2018 at belgaum.now IAM moving to Kolhapur, please collect it, as IAM calling in the customer care no no one is picking the call.

                I have been using Green Line Bus Service for the past 5 years on this particular route. In fact I was one of the customers on this bus on its very first journey.

                A few days ago i travelled from Bangalore and was supposed to get dropped off at the Murnad Stop where as the bus driver decided to stop the bus at Madikeri and forced me to get off saying that the roads ahead were blocked due to the rains, where as clearly it wasn't blocked up until the stop where i was supposed to get off. It was 5 in the morning and when i asked the bus driver how i was supposed to get home he gave me a lecture on how i should have compassion on them as they needed to go sleep. He asked me to take a taxi and when i told him the taxi was going to cost me more than my travel from Bangalore to Kodagu he asked me to call the office as he couldn't care less. Having no other option i took the taxi home which cost me Rs.800 where as the 2 bus tickets that i had bought were Rs.1100.

                The next day i called the Bangalore office asking them to address the issue and they connected me to their manager one Mr. Srinivas. I told him what my complaint was and he said he would call the driver look into the issue and call me back the next day. He never did call me back and i must have called him 4 times till today which is the 18/07/2018. He kept yelling at me on the phone and kept lying to me saying the driver was on leave and when i told him i would call the driver myself he asked me to do so and put him on a conference call as though to address a customer complaint was my job. He went on to tell me how a taxi could go through a flooded road and a bus couldn't as the roads were small and on correcting him saying it was a highway that we were travelling on he said he had never been to Kodagu so he wouldn't know. He said hes going to call me the following thursday and that was his solution to end the call.

                Being fed up of following up for a week i finally ended up Calling Mr. Sathish who owns the Green Line travels in Coorg and explained my situation to him. I had already been through this situation twice before but hadn't made a complaint about it. Mr. Sathish was kind enough to sympathise with my situation and refunded me Rs.700.

                Their is problems with bus ...Near by Adoni bus as stopped 30 min ...I don't known.. What's happing in bus...this is the worst bus I never see like this

                  The ticket booked is benz a/c bus. But the bus came was normal. With bad seats, and a c was suffocating smell.

                  Crew members are not obliging and arrogant in answering, are not responsible to meet the time. They stop and drive at their whims and fancies. The bus should have been reached bangalore by 10.30 pm. But it reached at 1 am.

                  Worst part, in mulbagilu check post the bus was stopped for more than half an hour, crew members were not at all bothered about the public. They were bargaining with police for bribing at check post.

                  Please have some courtesy about the public who believes and trust u for the money paid. If they do not adhere timings, so many ladies and children were in the bus, they came at one o clock, how will they reach their home.in this unsafe timings, u r looting money from them and making their life at risk.
                  Request to train your crew members or else they will spoil the reputation and make green line permanently holidays.

                    I have booked the ticket and please find the above details.
                    Your agent has been called me on 21st may at 1:30 pm and said the service was cancelled. My wife picked the call and asked for the reason. The response provided by the agent was irregular and shouted on my wife for asking refund.
                    After 15 mn at 1:45 i called your agent and enquired about the issue.
                    Agent name "sunil" from bangalore branch threatened me and shouted abusive words. He insults my family and behaves rude.
                    Kindly provide me proper response and resolve my issue.

                      When asked for water they lackadaisically replied no more left and kept the box of water bottles with them while a few seats remain empty throughout the journey. Such basic thing a bottle of rs10. Not given while i was gasping for water in that manner really shocked me. So much for service. Done with green line.

                        We two my mother and me boarded from your tirupati office at 3.30 pm on 17th february 2018. We kept on luggage in the banet in the presence of the bus cleaner and finally our stop arrived we asked the cleaner to open the banet to collect our luggage and our luggage was missing. He was saying that he handed all the luggage to one of the passengers who get down at tin factory. We waited in our majestic office for more than one hour and helpless. So, please make sure that we get our luggage back. The luggage consists of new clothes and cash of rupees-5000 and some important class notes.

                          I was traveling from bangalore to pune. At 11pm one person passenger attender came and he was putting anothers mattress next to me. I ojected at that point he didn't came but however later midnight at 1pm he came again and slept next to me only one curtain gap was there. When i asked he said he is the driver of this bus. There were two drivers in one bus. Just imagine unknown person comes n sleeps next to you. My tickets was single seat.
                          Very unprofessional.
                          What is the security of ladies. Who are traveling alone.

                          The bus driver was driving recklessly on 17.06.2018 Place : palamaner Town which would have result in accident but I managed to escape from an incident. While driving in town area the vehicle is at very speed, Necessary action should be taken for the sake of everyone's safety.

                            Hi,

                            I got a message from green line travels around 11th jan 12.30 am that bus was cancelled so refund would be provided. So i have booked in national travels and traveled to chennai on the same day. Why i am getting to fill the feedback from as if i have traveled on greeenlines travels/ why i did not get the refund amount till now?

                            Very worst exp with greenline travels. Last meeting cancellation.

                            When i would get the amount back?

                              Booked my trip to tirupati via mmt of greenline travels and holidays, the bus was supposed to reach my place at 11:56pm however the bus was one and half hour late, when called greenline travels, the executive had no idea where the bus was, customer service was pathetic,
                              At one call he told me to catch a rickshaw and go to my home back and he will cancel the ticket,... The worst experience, would never book my tickets again to make my trip. Make my trip should have a provision to track the bus online and also customer care service from their side.

                                The person called up a day before and said the bus was changed due to brake failure issue. We were told they are giving the same kind of bus but then after reaching the destination the company of the bus was changed to maa durga. The bus was horrible and did not even feel like getting inside it. I had booked though red bus. Stop fooling customers giving lame reason. No money was refunded.

Your representative informed me over today morning that the bus has been cancelled and so the entire fare amount will be refund to me and you will send a confirmation message to me regarding cancellation of my ticket but till now, i did not received any communication from your end.                                       I had a very bad experience with greeenline travels service van. Service van driver took 6 hours to drop us to munnar which was supposed to take just 3 hours max. Instead of dropping tje passengers he was delivering newspaper and using van for his personal use and stopping van every 10 mins for his personal use. When we asked him to go fast he spoke harshly and said i can drive only like this if you have any problem you can leave the bus. For such reputed travels like greenline this isnt tje service that a passenger expects. Please take disciplinary action required before someone burns his bus

                                        This is yo draw your kind attention that the driver of the greenline bus from tirupati to bangalore (Ticket number TK7Z[protected] journey of travel july 5th 2017. The driver spoke harshly when asked to drive the bus properly as the driver was stopping the bus in between without any reason. There are bees in the bus. Is this the service that we expect from a welknown travels like GreenLine. When asked the driver to drive the bus, he parked the bus aside n jumped of the driver's seat to argue. It was quite understand able that he was even using foul languages. Completely disappointed with the service. Want to know what kinna response will a customer get from a welknow travels like Green Line regarding this.
