I had a very bad experience with greeenline travels service van. Service van driver took 6 hours to drop us to munnar which was supposed to take just 3 hours max. Instead of dropping tje passengers he was delivering newspaper and using van for his personal use and stopping van every 10 mins for his personal use. When we asked him to go fast he spoke harshly and said i can drive only like this if you have any problem you can leave the bus. For such reputed travels like greenline this isnt tje service that a passenger expects. Please take disciplinary action required before someone burns his bus

    This is yo draw your kind attention that the driver of the greenline bus from tirupati to bangalore (Ticket number TK7Z[protected] journey of travel july 5th 2017. The driver spoke harshly when asked to drive the bus properly as the driver was stopping the bus in between without any reason. There are bees in the bus. Is this the service that we expect from a welknown travels like GreenLine. When asked the driver to drive the bus, he parked the bus aside n jumped of the driver's seat to argue. It was quite understand able that he was even using foul languages. Completely disappointed with the service. Want to know what kinna response will a customer get from a welknow travels like Green Line regarding this.

      I booked three tickets for tirupathi package, in multi axel, ac coach bus yesturday, on the way there was a huge fight in the bus between drunken gangs, and next day the darshan was over at 10am, but they took us to mangaapur in an ordinary bus, and we left tirupathi at 4pm, 6 hrs after darshan, till 4 neither bus nor the guide were there.So plz think twice before choosing this travels.

        Dear greenline travels,
        Hai iam traveling in your bus py01cl7979 right now. I hope you have selected a driver on the basis of his racing skills. He has some good moves, doesnt leave a bump. A old lady nearly got injured badly because of that. If this continues either your bus is going to crash somewhere or the people are going to thrash it and its illiterate drivers. Please do something.

          Green line travel s very worst travel which i have ever seen, first of all i just wanna ask one thing.. What do you think about costomer? We are not fools... See i paid 1500 from periyakulam to bangalore.. Bus timing is 10:25pm but it arrived @ 11:25pm.. Though i'm a single female traveler.. I waited one than 1 and half hours in empty road at periyakulam.. If something happened to me who will be the responsible?? Moreover there is no blanket at my breath.. If i ask he is bevaing rudely.. And though it is ac bus how could i travel without blanket... This is very worst service. And this not good for ur future growth..

            Hi. Have travelled to shiridi on 10/05/2017 in green line travel they have made the bus has passenger bus driver n cleaner stopped many places to pick in booked passenger and bargaining 200-300 rupees from bangalore to chitradurga to hubli. He stopped for half an hour in tumkur for courier also. When we ask to stop for tea he didn't stop but when they required money their stopping. Greeline is tied up with citizen pune travel don't know how good it will work out. Please look into this thanks

              Initially they take a trip towards Mysore from bangalore by bus without any description about Thier trip details. Without any intimation they are collecting additional charges for several type of entry fees. After the day trip is over, they are discontinuing that already travelled bus, they are adjusting the people in another travels bus without any proper seat arrangements and they are very arrogant towards passengers, they do not listen any type of words from the passengers. They are very irresponsible both the booked travels and the returned bus travels.. they do not tell any type of information about this before the seat booking.. it's very inconvenient to the passengers. They need to describe Thier services in detail before the seat confirmation.

                Im having a pathetic experience in the package tour.. I came to Tirupathi.. though I have chosen sleeper coach which is the highest package in Greenline.. they have got us to such a stinking hotel.. the room is so unclean (Stinking).. kitchen and people are so unhygienic and don't care attitude.. i suggest everone not to opt this travels as these guys give you a very low standard service for high cost..

                  This is the worst tour I had.I would warn everyone not to travel in this so called Greenline.
                  While returning from Munnar to Cumbam.in Greenline van.because of the hilly areas, I vomitted outside the bus and it did fall in the outside cover of bus, which is quite normal in every bus as vomitting do occurs.
                  When we reached cumbam they asked Rs 100 and threatened me, my brother, my old mother in laws.The driver along with conductor was ready to thrash us while having discussion why he is charging money.
                  When we complained to the driver of Greenline bus he also mocked us .
                  Shame shame.I would advice you never to travel in this bus, they can beat anyone even if you say your problem or argue .
                  These kind of travels and drivers should be banned for public service.

                    Recently i booked tickets in Green Line Travels from Bangalore to Calicut and return. I had the worst experience in both journey. The bus had to reach at 6.00am in Calicut but sadly it reached at 9.00am. Return also the same thing happened instead of 6.30 am it reached at 8.30 am in Bangalore and they were telling KR Market is the last stop and my dropping point was Madiwala. Because of their irresponsible behavior I couldn't reach office in time and took half day leave.

                      Hi this is Praveen i have booked tickets for 6 peoples for Mysore sightseeing on 18th December 2016 on Sunday.
                      It shows that the bus would come to pick up at 6:00 am but the bus haven't come at that time later i have received call from the driver at 7:10 am,
                      We waited a long and as the contact number they have provided is not responding we have to just come back to home.
                      So we were really frustrated with this as the contact number is not responding or not reachable in the morning, we decided to postpone it as there is an
                      option available in the website but we were shock that it's not accepting the postponement of the tickets and throwing the message as: We are unable to process the request.
                      This is really shocking if this is not working then what is the point in placing this in the website ?
                      Finally just because of their neglegence and not responding we had to loose Rs: 2460 and that's Rs: 410 per person.
                      I have no words for them they are really cheating the customers with the irrelevant way.
                      I am really sorry to say please do not book through this travels as they never respond. Finally i would like some higher authority to take an action.

                        I had a very bitter and pathetic experience when I travelled to Madikeri from Bangalore on 6th of this month. The bus was stopped near Petrol pump at about 1-15 AM . The cleaner had told that " Can go to Toilet" . Accordingly I had stepped down from the Bus to go to Toilet. There was only one Toilet and there was a que for the same..I rushed to the toilet and I came back urgently.. But the bus was already started.. I made a big hue and cry ' Please stop'..
                        Imagin my position.. I was a 58 years old lady .. in the night all alone standing near the patrol bunk ...
                        Thank God ... The cleaner saw me and stopped the bus which had already started...
                        I rushed to the bus and asked the Driver... " what would have been my position if I was not able to catch the bus... Is it not your duty to check up whether all the busmates have arrived or not " He only said Sorry... But I request to give proper guidelines for Driver, Conductor and Cleaner to check up before starting reg whether all have arrived or not...After proper check only the bus should start...

                          Me and my Wife traveled for Mysore Sight Seeing on the 2nd September, 2015 that proved to be the worst experience of our lives. Nothing was provided as promised. The bus was shabby, driver was drunk and major sightseeing points like Tipu Palace, Daria Daulat and Gol Gumbaz was neglected. The worst part was that the GUIDE was very racist and foul mouthed against a certain community. Return journey was horrible as we waited 3 hours to get back to Bangalore because the bus left at 12:30 a.m midnight instead of 8:30 p.m as promised and we reached Bangalore at 3:30 a.m in the morning and we were left in a lurch to wait on the roadside. PATHETIC, HORRENDOUS AND DUBIOUS.--- PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COST ---

                              I would like to update that the Travel Agent (Greenline Travels) has cheated us while assigning the seats for our travel on 14th July 2011.

                              I went to their office at Anand Rao Circle on Thursday July 14th morning at 9:45 AM. I spoke to the concerned person regarding my travel Plans for "Tirupathi Darshan" and told them i need the booking for today 8:30 BUS VOLVO AC / Sheegra Darshan.

                              These booking was for my Wife and Mother in Law and Brother's in Law who were travelling to "Tirupathi" for Balaji Darshan.

                              The Travel Agent Presented the Seating Chart and i booked seat number 33, 34, 35, 36, 37. (To Mention the chart was for a 45 seats Volvo)... He confirmed and i also double checked in the seating chart that the seats are not at the complete end and my Family's journey should not be uncomfortable as my wife as a history of cervical problem.

                              To my surprise my wife called me after boarding the BUS and she informed me that they have given 3 seats in the back most row (The last seats at the end of the BUS)....

                              I called Greenline Travel office and spoke to Mr. Srinivas, however he polotiy denined that "GreenLine Travels" did not made any mistakes while assigning the seats. He infomred that the BUS my family has boarded is a 40 seats Volvo instead of a 45 seats.....

                              I double checked and recollected my sense from morning and confirmed his that the seats which i booked were not at the complete end and its was a 45 seats Volvo chart...

                              Despite of many request he denied me options to change the seats.

                              I had a huge discussion with Mr.Srnivas but he denied me every time.... (All this happens when you pay the complete amount feed their mouth with Money and then let them make you run the way they want)

                              Travel Agents like these should be completely banned from operating at all....

                              I had to be ashamed in front of my Family for having booked the tickets with Green Line Travels.

                              In case there is an option to fight this back further please let me know....I will go to the extent of Consumer Court and get my money refunded (as my money is hard earned and not coming from cheating people).


                              Please take this on a very serious note and allow the consumer court for taking action against Green Line Travels...

                              I would like to Join you Krishna, Even i have faced a very bad incident with Greenline travels, Nagavara palya Bangalore. My case is with cab booking for a sight scene.

                              We had a trip for 4 days with my parents & in-laws for North Karnataka. They charged very high amount and driver behaviour is rude. I made calls to the Green line branch owner but no response. He did not even talk to driver. Cab condition is pathetic and i was travelling with old age people and driver never considered the situation and drove very rash.

                              Once come back from trip branch owner did not even tried to warning to driver. They cheated us on amount as well as service.

                              please let me know if you need any assistence

                                Greenline package tours bangalore

                                Guys,
                                I had a nightmare experience with Greenline package tours. I took a Ooty-Kodai sight seeing tour and Greenline ensured to make it a nightmare journey.

                                First of all these package tour guys booked KSRTC buses from bangalore to ooty.

                                After reaching ooty we had to wait for 2 hours to get the hotel rooms as others were checking out.

                                Hotel room was pathetic and dirty. It was a hotel of greenline package tours only.

                                Sightseeing tours were like a pathetic wait where they go to each and every hotel to collect passengers.

                                Places where they stop for food during lunch breaks are a nightmare and they will make sure you fall sick by eating that food.

                                Somehow ooty was over.

                                Reached kodaikanal on 3rd day.

                                Hotel Rahaat Inn was terrible experience. There was no water in the morning. People were fighting with the manager who was of course and a**-hole who did nothing. People were so angry that they took away registers and were about to beat hotel staff.

                                No tea coffee served in hotel and in the morning in chilling cold you have to go out to get your tea.

                                Kodaikanal sightseeing started at 10.30 am and they didnt go to sightseeing at kodai lake and finished the sight seeing by 4.00 clock (1 hour lunch included)

                                The last part of nightmare was that no bus to bangalore from kodai. So first go to coimbatore in minibus for 5 hours. They asked for Rs 200 to give a seat in A/C bus when we already booked A/C bus tour.

                                We paid total Rs. 8000 for the tour and Greenline ensured at each and every step that its a nightmare.

                                AVOID GREENLINE AVOID GREENLINE PACKAGE TOURS AND TRAVELS.

                                Same experience here. These rougues have not changed since 2years. I booked Bangalore-Kodai package of Greenline in April 2011 which is the biggest mistake I did in my life.

                                From Bangalore they took us in KPN travels bus which is very good and felt my trip is going to be smooth and enjoyable. I was totally wrong. When reached Kodai, they handed over us to RAJA's tours who started playing with our patience. We waited 2 hrs to get room in Raahat Inn, which is OK. They took us to sight seeing next day waiting at each and every hotel to collect passengers and finally missed the lake.

                                WORST PART OF THE JOURNEY:::::
                                We were said that we will get a Rajahamsa KSRTS for return travel to Bangalore. At 5 PM, they said tickets are not available from Kodai and they took us to Coimbatore in mini van. There we found one more BLAST on heads by looking at the bus we are going to travel to Bangalore... ITS KSRTC SARIGE ... BULL SH**. He has a habbit of cheating people... We called Greenline and they say that they paid Raja's tours and they take no responsibility. That fellow say that we dont know anything, ask Greenline where u have paid money... Finally, we had to travel by the same bus coz we have to travel to offices the next day... :-(

                                Please guys... dont get cheated by these ethic less travles agents. Travel by your own even it costs a bit more and have a peace of mind.

                                We had booked for a package from Greenline travels for 8500..We wre not at satisfied with the room they had provided us.They had promised us, that they will provide the deluxe room.

                                2nd major complaint was that we had been promised to be provided individual Car for sight seeing but those people had sent a bus with very bad condition and full rush.

                                The worst part of Tour ws thr return journey, they simply booked a ticket in normal bus that too last seats, and the bus condition was worst.The return journey is really horrible.

                                plz dnt book thru these stupid packages..
