Green Line Travels — bad behaviour and improper information | |||
I am travelling from Bengaluru to coonoor (21 June) and the boarding point was at Marathahalli. The boarding point contact did not have our number and despite me showing the tickets that’s sent directly from redbus to me he kept saying that’s not his problem and kept telling me to complain to the office!! And of course no one was picking the call at the office. Then after raising a ruckus he told me to contact the “manager” who was at another bus nearby. On contacting this other person we found that the number was with him. Why did the person at the first bus not tell me this properly??? I had my mother, who is a senior citizen, with me and yet that did not stop that guy from such inhumane behaviour!! I don’t know if this complaint is even going to be addressed or if you people even care but this kind of behaviour will definitely have its impact on you’ll on plain moral grounds. Dear sir as I travelled from Hyderabad to Bangalore as driving was rashly driving and if gone and asked the driver he told that road is not good and he was not driving the bus in an highway he was deviated the route and he was driving in some roads and villages as I could not get the sleep, my journey was horrible
