We bought green soul vienna high revolving chair from amazon on 1st feb 2019 price was 7990, final price including taxes and shipping was 8490 and this was returable product and review was also good. However on receiving the product we found it's not comfortable and recliner is not working properly, and we found it's not worth the value we request for it's return from amazon, firstly seller not responded for a long time then amazon help us in raising complain, they raised 2 times and final answer we got that it's not covered in their a to z return policy. I don't know the reason of keeping the chair if it's not of any use to us. And i checked clearly the return policy of the product before ordering.
