Received a damaged product from Green Soul Online and trying to return, the customer care guy not ready to listen and says do whatever you want we are not going to refund or replace the chair. Every parts are damaged the top, the bottom wheel, the handle cheap repainting and the hydraulic and its pipe.
This is how the company is cheating the people by providing kabaadi chair in the name of Renewed product. Its a pure second hand chair with longer usages are completely visible. Horrible experience with company and their customer representative.
Please someone help I don't need this kabaadi chair and want my hard earned money back.
