I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the purchase of a Green Soul Monster Ultimate T Chair from the official Green Soul website. Before purchasing the chair, I thoroughly checked the product specifications, which stated that it supports a height of 5'7" and above. To ensure this, I also contacted their customer support to confirm that the chair would be suitable for my height. Based on their confirmation, I proceeded with the purchase.

Upon receiving and assembling the chair, I noticed that even at the minimum height adjustment, my feet do not touch the ground comfortably. I am forced to use my toes to move the chair, which makes it highly inconvenient and uncomfortable for extended use.
When I contacted Green Soul customer support to raise this issue and request a replacement or resolution, they refused to provide any assistance or replacement, despite the product not meeting the specifications they claimed.
Since the product is not suitable for use as advertised and the company is unwilling to provide any support or resolution, I am left with no choice but to escalate this matter to the Consumer Forum. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this issue by either:
1. Facilitating a replacement for a suitable chair that meets the specifications promised.
2. Providing a full refund for the product.

    We bought their chair through Amazon, recently it's armrest broke and when we contacted them they told us warranty doesn't cover it and for getting part we will have to pay it. So on 17 Jan 2025 we paid 749/- rupees respectively alongwith our current address on their mail. We never Received that part. It's mistake either from their part or their courier partner. They keep saying I have received it and they show us a receiving receipt with signature under my name saying I have recieved and signed it but No one ever came to our address to deliver it. Also those are not my signature. After continously calling them to fix our issue they have closed the complaint saying you have received it and we have sign of receiving. Shamelessly they kept trying to get away with it. From last 1 week everytime I called, only thing I heard was you will be called in 1 hour or by evening or by tomorrow.

      Received a Damaged product in the Name of Renewed

      Received a damaged product from Green Soul Online and trying to return, the customer care guy not ready to listen and says do whatever you want we are not going to refund or replace the chair. Every parts are damaged the top, the bottom wheel, the handle cheap repainting and the hydraulic and its pipe.

      This is how the company is cheating the people by providing kabaadi chair in the name of Renewed product. Its a pure second...

      I purchased a renewed green soul jupiter superb chair on 15 september around 1:00 pm.I submitted a cancellation request for it at 6:47 AM on 16 september till then order status was "not fulfilled" but still i have not got any confirmation of my request.Ticket id for my cancellation request is 324805 . According to your company's cancellation policy cancellation request made within 24 hours of order placement will get 100 percent refund . kindly process my refund as sson as possible and send the details of transaction to me.it has been two days since then whenever i call them they say that will contact me in an hour and no one call . they are totally scamming people . i request you to please refund my money

        Greensoul Inspire high Mesh chair

        I received this chair on 14 Aug, and after fixing the same, found that one of the armrest is tilted. I sent an mail immediately the same day i received the product. But there was no response from their side or any acknowledgment on the same. When i called them, thats when they said their RMN team is checking and they will only respond back. After waiting for another 2 days someone called and says that the product itself has a tilted hand...

        green soul vienna revolving chair

        We bought green soul vienna high revolving chair from amazon on 1st feb 2019 price was 7990, final price including taxes and shipping was 8490 and this was returable product and review was also good. However on receiving the product we found it's not comfortable and recliner is not working properly, and we found it's not worth the value we request for it's return from amazon, firstly seller not responded for a long time then amazon help us...
