I received this chair on 14 Aug, and after fixing the same, found that one of the armrest is tilted. I sent an mail immediately the same day i received the product. But there was no response from their side or any acknowledgment on the same. When i called them, thats when they said their RMN team is checking and they will only respond back. After waiting for another 2 days someone called and says that the product itself has a tilted hand and we made it like this... when i asked if the same is mentioned in the website he says no its not and why will that be. I asked for raising a return since it was not good. So he said ok and cancelled the call.
After that I am still waiting for updates but nothing is received. Was this information helpful? |
