I had a worst customer service experience with my appointment at Green Trends Perungudi. The lady at the counter was impolite and rude. Also, the services were not good. They did everything in a haste, impolite manner. I had keratin treatment for my hair but it was total waste as there was no difference before and after keratin. Facial and bleach were applied inside the eyes which caused me eye irritation even after two days. Moreover, the ironing machine used for hair hit my scalp many times despite my requests not to, giving me a burning sensation and headache. The cost offered was also too high compared to other saloons. A complete waste of money experience and extremely poor customer service. Was this information helpful? |
