Initially they ask to buy a membership worth rs100 which provides with discounts and offers all over the india. they said just provide registered mobile number and anyone can use it anywhere at their respective branches. but after taking membership they just gave a card that must be shown at the billing time....

I gave them advance for my marriage makeup. But it got cancelled due to some medical reasons. I informed them within two days of booking.
They denied to give back my money instead asked me to take services. I told them I don't stay in Ongole, they asked me to visit parlour whenever I visit Ongole.
Now when I am trying to ask for the same they are denying.
Initially while taking payment, there were no rules no receipts, suddenly all rules and policies have come into picture.

Ultimately I have paid for the services which I never availed.
The way parlour owners are talking now is also highly unacceptable.

I have visited green trends on 19th feb 2023 at gerugambakkam, chennai. I went there for hair smoothening. They said Rs.7625 for non member and Rs.9155 for member. I have a membership card so they said Rs.7625 for me. So i requested her to do smoothening. Then after smoothening they gave me invoice for Rs.8997 nearly Rs.9000.i asked them, they said gst inclusive.but before smoothening they didn't mention anything about tax.

They recommend me a facial
Which is flawless glow bridal facial which cost Rs3499 as non membership and Rs2899 as membership and I have a membership card I told them I have a card they said after membership the final amount is same Rs3499 they have billed and for hair spa I have done anti hairfall treatment which cost Rs3300 for non membership and Rs2750 for membership but I don’t know what they priced but my total bill amount is Rs6595
I don’t know why they ask me to pay this much money as I have membership card
It’s completely a fraud one I need a solution for this and main thing they have billed the details as they r in kanchipuram and their salon name also changed it’s completely fraud thing pls take necessary action and I have attached that bill transaction

I got hair cut and hair color done on 29th October 2022 green trends Hyderabad begumpet ..I didn't recieved any bill...they charged me of 2500 rs I paid it through debit card...after the transaction I didn't recieved any bill ...it's full of scam for me of 900 rs

I have been to Green Trends salon located in Hyderabad Kondapur branch today i.e May 18th 2022, I have faced the most worst experience.

They are not giving sanitizers, no face mask is being used by the one who has done the hair cut, nor the scissors and other accessories are not being sanitised.

The only thing they provide is a disposable sheet to put on the client.

From the time they start cutting they wanted clients to buy some or the other hair products, we won’t have 5 minutes of peace during haircut.
All they do is continued marketing.

At the end it was terrible they didn’t do any Covid protocols and still charge 50 rs additional saying it’s for sanitisation charge’s.

I still don’t understand how a branded saloon do such cheap and deceiving things to clients.

I really wish you respond to this issue.

Yesterday green trends Iyerbungalow Madurai burnt my eyes ONLY BCZ of the steamer not in good condition and the beautician Carelessness I was crying and shouting for help she ran away NO FIRST AID no response by other staffs too

I suggest all not to use Green Trends Thoraipakkam-1 branch as the service is very bad. Many staffs are from North India and they are not treating the customer at equal.

I recently have visited Green trends salon in malleshwaram branch near moragosa road, I had called over and took an appointment for Hair cut I clearly asked the price for Ucut with wash and I was informed it will be 315Rs excluding GST with hair wash and Ucut but after I reach location to have my haircut done they provided me a different price stating it will be 755 including tax with hair wash.
I clearly informed them they replied stating that it is for basic cut 315 and when I agreed for 755Rs charges I still did not get UCut they did a straight hair cut to me 🙄 this is really disappointing to me
I would really like to rate 1 star for this salon where everything was just fraud happened

I am a membership of the salon but I did not receive the bill when I requested to send the bill to my Email adress.

They didn't explained about package clearly ... At billing time I have faced problem they increased package ... How would. You do like that ...

It was my first haircut in green trends. I was growing hair for more than 2 years and wanted to cut the tips because of little damage. I asked him to cut 2 inches or less and he ended up cutting more than 4 inches. When I asked them he was saying that's it's okay. When I called them later on he he didn't respond properly and told me he had registered a complaint and would call me back in an hour, which he didn't . And when I called him again he responded ina very impolite manner.

I had a worst customer service experience with my appointment at Green Trends Perungudi. The lady at the counter was impolite and rude. Also, the services were not good. They did everything in a haste, impolite manner. I had keratin treatment for my hair but it was total waste as there was no difference before and after keratin. Facial and bleach were applied inside the eyes which caused me eye irritation even after two days. Moreover, the ironing machine used for hair hit my scalp many times despite my requests not to, giving me a burning sensation and headache. The cost offered was also too high compared to other saloons. A complete waste of money experience and extremely poor customer service.

Mysel[censored]daykrishna, I am a Green trends member from long time, never ever faced any bad experiences in Hyderabad & in Vizag, they are very professional and provided me with the best service whenever I visited for a haircut. But I visited Green Trends in Ongole on 15/11/2021 at around 12.30PM for a haircut, regret to say this, the worst service they provided me and made me cry with haircut.

I tried to explain to hairstylist which style I needed and even showed him my previous hairstyle photos but he never listened to me nor cared about what I was trying to say. So I called the concerned manager to complain regarding haircut and service, Then she assigned another guy to adjust the mess which had been done by the previous guy and offered me add-on service instead of taking my complaint.

When I asked about the feedback & complaint form at bill counter she told me that they are not taking any complaints at bill counter, and asked me to complain on web portal. Finally she gave me a bill receipt which was for basic haircut instead of advanced haircut.

Your hairstylist gave me the worst haircut and for covering his mistake your manager gave me a bill for a basic haircut which was unacceptable. So I would like to request the concern team look into this and get back to me with an explanation.

We have visited Srinivasa Agraharam branch, Nellore, SPSR Nellore (Dt), Andhra Pradesh at 18:40 hour for bridal makeup, the lady duty manager response, way of talking is very worst like 3rd class person and straight away she is telling that get out we do not have any demand here and wantedely she did not generate bill after my card payment thereafter started arguing continuously and left her chair not came at all, after my continuous request some other staff generated bill, made my time waste about 30 minutes, about the rude behaviour of the lady manager you can confirm with your duty staff and verify your CC TV upto what time I was in office for getting bill.
As I am a member of green trend why I have to face such insulting in front of others.
I am giving you rating 1 because of such useless employees and useless people.
If you are really interested in challenging your business to stood up in 1 st place like VLCC customer service, remove such egoistic, knowledge less staff.
Today again I supposed to get your service at the same branch but only because of the lady manager i went to VLCC.

Green trends, Sathuvachari, Vellore refused me service after making me wait for more than 10 minutes. Apparently as the people are not coming in to work they refused

Hi I did hair straightening root touch up on 27th June 2021 at green trends iyyapanthangal, Chennai. The person who did the straightening was very harsh with my hair while removing tangles and she has completed the whole process within 1hour whereas it took a more than half a day at the place where I did root touch up previously and now my hair back to curls. The straightening dint work at all, it is a complete waste of cost and now I'm getting a lot of hairfall.

Hair spa, hair cut, and beard drim.they have charged me 1428 . But they did't send a service tax bill to my mail or message to me, so next day 8.4.2021 i went directly to the shop and i asked .they did't respond to me, and they called through my phone and speaking brutality and harshness ..
So, they were cheating the customer, so i will file a criminal case at sec 477 procedure .

I did a hair spa and clean up in Green trends Sholinganalur . The suggestion before a anti dandruff hair spa was 2200 rupees only . And it was just the clean up done for face. The total charge at the end was imposed as 6000..

Worst Service Ever
Hi this review for the one located in Londen pet, krishnagiri.

I went for a simple French hair cut not from any speciallist or so.It took only 2 mins for them to cut my hair and also they dint even give a proper cut. It was totally uneven and looks horrible., And at the end they started saying that this is it and this is how it will be for my hair. For this they charged the price of body waxing because they didn't had separate charge for frenches.Worst experience with them and I demand a refund.

The staffs were very irresponsible and they dont bother to ask the customer or show any pamplet before any service.

Frankly saying it was not even a 10 rs worth hair cut.

Myself Prasanth from tiruppur I paid amount for the facial on 15-6-19 and validity to 26-01-20 I paid facial combo offer for 4+1 unfortunately I got accident(leg fracture) on 02-01-20 so I couldn't able to take a 2 facial on within time.. I have taken a hair cut on 4th november.
It is entirely different from what I have shown.
They have cut so short that I look like a male from backside. This is horrible experience with green trends. I can never trust it again

Hi sir/ madam, i have took hair straightening in the green trends vidyaranyapura Bangalore 560097 . On dat day i have got improper hair straightening so the employee said that we will take this complaint and raise against the green trends and ask solution..after dat he said will do free straightening after 8 months now he is stories regarding this... please i need resolvation regarding this issue

I had booked an advance appointment by a week for today 10am and even yesterday evening I had called to the office to ensure they are prepared for the booking the person said yes hair stylist and green trends would be all cleaned and sanitized. But when I turned by 9.45pm today the shutter was closed still I had to call the person to ask why it is not open when the appointment is at 10am, when will green trends clean and sanitize ? 10.10 a lady came up and opened and right now the cleaning is happening.

The hair stylist is not available and they are reaching him and there is no answer . During this pandemic I do not see any advance Cleaning safety done before appointment and lot of mosquitoes inside here in green trends AECS layout singasandra .in totally disappointed with this service for the hefty amount you charge . This is hopeless

I'm leaving the green trends now it's 45min now would not wait anymore

I would never come back to green trends and ensure others as well is aware about this

I will make sure it reaches everyone

Green trends baghajatin kolkata — the worst salon i have evr seen...
I am availing service from green trends baggajatin almost since its inception. But unfortunately today (4th march, 2020) i hvnt got the service because a hair-expert nishaant was not willing to serve as he was by his own choice was outside to get some oxygen (The lady in administration was not at all informed).
Although he was ringed for no. Of times by the 'lady in administration' however he didnot come and continuously heckle us by saying '5 minutes more' (7:30-8 30)...
It is very unfortunate to get such ill treatment by green trends, especially after paying such "service charge'..
Previously i got my haircut from be bonnie.. I will again switch to that.. Their treatment is far better..

I took a detan treatment on 26th february. After which on 27th onwards i have been getting rashes and an itching sensation on my face and neck.
I informed them that i already got rashes last time i did a facial and detan in their parlour. I dont what to do. I showed them physical evidence and all they did was say my skin was too sensitive. They tried to keep me quiet with a free face pack. My face is under damage here. What should i do?? Please help me take action against such horrible products

Worst service, got cheated and just lost money..
When i was entering the shop, the guy who is incharge was standing, i asked to do hair black dye.. Please use garnier black natural i informed them.. That incharge guy and staff told yes we have.. While washing my hair, one guy is asked another to get garnier black natural. Even before while applying i have asked that staff.. Is it garnier black... He told yes it is... But while paying he told global hair colors.. It cost around 1200 like that. I was shocked and asked incharge person while i was asking you guys told we have.. Why you applied in my head and he is telling we didn't tell anything.. The staff is hindi guy. He doesn't understand so he used this like that.. They are telling to me simply and they demanding money for which i didn't ask at the first place.. That incharge guy telling like he didn't have garnier in shop. But i asked 2 times they told they have and then cheated me.. Never ever i won't go to green trends here after... This kind of cheating are never happened to me.. Worst service and worst attitude.. People are try to cover it up.. Guys please be care full.. They are doing cheating to get money from you. Am totally disappointed and lost trust in the green trends.

I booked makeup artist in green trends madurai for my marriage, they asked to pay rs.1000 through google pay for confirmation. So i did. They don't have the jewel model i asked for and they asked me to pay the full amount before 2 or 3 days. So i didn't like to continue the service and cancelled it. I asked for return of the amount but they are not returning. Do take required action for it and do the needful

I did hair spa from green trends in bangalore. That is the worst mistake of my life. I never regreted so much in my life for anything like this. I always had head full beautiful silky and good hair. I just wanted to try spa to make my hair wavier. But i didnt know that spa is going to ruin everything in my life. After i did hair spa 2 to 3 days my hair was good. After 3 days my hair started falling like anything. Whenever i wash my hair see i could see 100 of hair strands in my hand. I literally cried everyday. I consulted doctor and he couldnot help me as the effect was due to chemical and it cant be restored. Hair fall continued for almost a month until i became almost bald. Now, one could say that i have hair covering my head thats it and whenever i stand under a light, my scalp is visible. Now, my hair fall is reduced but i dont think i will get back my beautiful hair that i had just one month before. All my friends started asking for reason to the sudden change in my hair cause they use to talk about my healthy hair. Now, i lost all my confidence and barely interested in work. It may sound easier for others but think from my point, how am i going to restore by good look. This is merely equal to a acid attack losing good look in a month. Somehow, i want his fake products and chemicals to be banned. These days many advertisements are jus luring people but is not at all useful.
