I wanted to let you know about the pathetic behaviour of your staff towards customers.
I went to your jayanagar 4th T block branch (Bangalore) to avail beauty services.
After a long session which spanned for about more than an hour on an extremely hot
Afternoon( April 3), the beautician(Vimala) asked me whether I wanted refreshments. I said I would want
Lime juice as that was a thirst quencher. She came back after a while and said that lemon is not available but
You will get a juice made out of lemon seeds!!!???????????????????.
They were trying to make me say that I don't want it.
What sort of manners is this? Moreover they are doing this using parlours account and not from their own pocket.
Even ordinary parlours give better service than this. Green trends has it’s own Place and name in this business.
I am sure you will look into this matter and do the needful.
I am writing this because this sort of behaviour should not go unnoticed and unpunished.
I am sure they are doing this to many other clients . This was the only way to contact you and keep you informed.
