I went to green trends shenoy nagar, chennai without appointment. I was waiting for my turn when a service staff walked out after a service and was chatting with the centre in-charge. The centre in-charge told him that a customer was waiting (Me). The service staff told that he was waiting for a specific client who will come and that he would not take any work. The time was 10 am. The centre 8n-charge that the customer would come around 10.30 or 11.00 am. Even then the service staff refused to take another job. They both called the customer to remind him to enquire if he was coming to green trends. After that the service staf was sitting and chatting with the front office and not willing to take a waiting customer.
I asked the centre staff was i was not being attended for which the answer was i have to wait. When i further insisted why the staff would not take up a job, he said that was an internal matter.
I felt very insulted and walked out after register8ng a complaint in the customer feedback book.
I am sure no action would be taken and green trends would not bother about complaint. I am registering it here because the management should know that staff have specific customers for whom they service n9 matter what happens. Was this information helpful? |
My skin initially got allergic after the facial. And after 2 days it got completely worst. My Face is now COMPLETELY COVERED WITH WHITEHEADS AND BUMPS, which I had never got in my life. One of the worst experience.
