I have been a customer of this brand for almost 3 years now and have seen their standards deteriorate tremendously. The products used for hot wax is absolute rubbish and leaves behind chunks of hair even aftet repeated applications and removal. Not to mention the prices charged are a bomb but the quality of products being used is ridiculous. Overall very poor quality and service. Was this information helpful? |
