Hi all,

They are real cheaters, pakka real estate guys, once you enter they treat u as king. after getting the booking advance they treat u as ****. for my conclusion dont go with this company Note: they are changing names for their different projects. They are not picking the phone after i raised my refund. i have read some complaints, so tried to test them. finally the complaints are correct. i wont get money refunded. The name of the MD is Saravana kumar they call him as Kumar sir. the excutive name is Selvaraj Mobile no: [protected]. and they sell the land in keerapakkam, kandigai is less worth property. i have enquired the village. they have get the land from the formers for rupees 1 lac for 1 cent (435sqft), but they sell 3 cent (1200 sqft) to 12 to 14 lac. be aware and get befitted.
