Just a fraud real estate company.

They very well know how to convince customers. We visited kadambathur land and paid advance for paid advance of 4k for 2 lands.

That time they told that "today we are giving offer, so you need to pay the advance immediately. So, we will block land for you. They indirectly forced to pay the amount. If you haven’t paid the advance money you will miss the land" also, they told that the advance money is refundable.

Very old age parents and uncle visited that land. That real estate company people cheated my parents and uncle. They told that if we are not interested in the land they will give the money back.
Then, we saw so many negative reviews about this real estate company and decided to cancel the land booking.

We called them and told that we are not interested in the land and asked the money back.

After so many follow-ups that real estate company people told that they can’t refund the money and they told we have given food and cab for land visit. This money is equal to that???!!! What the*
