      Dear all,

      I bought greenchef chimney in 2018 but now it is not working. I have given complaint to a greenchef service center as 5 years warranty for motor but they say giving reason. Service person took motor from home but they are not coming to fix the mission.

      Very very bad customer service.
      Unhappy with this greenchef chimny. Worest product

          Regarding warranty claim

                        Hardly used one and a half days and it blasted and that too when it was not being used. Luckily no one got hurt. Very bad quality product. I bought it from a store on their recommendation. Truly regret not going with the usual brands.

                              I am using past one year 4 burner stove quality worst and burner all broken knob also broken and waste money. Note, i seen my childhood my grandma use 1983 blueflame full metal gas stove weight also heavy in shake able its come 12yrs and above but today i search that's quality but no one found pls give customer good

                                    We had purchased a greenchef 3 burner gas stove online through amazon in the month of oct-2019 with one year warranty included in it; however, after starting using it for 1 week onwards, out of the 3 burners, the bigger burner after litting up started blowing off in sometimes creating a high intensity sound and eventually blowing off the other burners along with it if they are on at the same time.

                                    The order id of the purchased item through amazon was[protected] for your reference.

                                    Requesting to please send the technician to fix the issue as soon as possible.
