One of the knobs of greenchef 3 burner stove broke (this knob was creating a problem since burner was purchased, and it was being replaced by Greenchef earlier as well, though after replacement it still had issues, but was manageable).
4 days back person came and replaced the knob, the way he was handling burner roughly, was complteley unprofessional, he said he doesnt have same brand knob, but other one will work and we agreed,
After he replaced, just after 2 days(i.e. on 28th Feb), from the same knob flames started coming out, it would have caused a major accident, had we not switched off the cylinder immedietely.
After that I called up thrice yday to get this complaint registered and asked somebody to attend it at the earliest.But somehow they dont understand the 'EMERGENCY' call definition!! They though ultimately registered my complain[protected], but said based on service personnel's availability he will attend the call and I am yet tohear from them.
Also they are going tocharge me the labor cost for visit again, though its entirely their fault on how they fixed it.
Is this how ISI marked companies work ?
Is consumer safety term is just hogwash for them ?
DOn;t they have emergency call service ???
Whom to blame if this would have resulted in Fire accident, and we stay in apartment ...so its not only us!!
