I brought a greenchef gas stove black top with 2 burners in may 2011.Within 34 months we have faced lot of problems, got repaired it 3 times.Now from saturday i.e., 8/3/2014 the big burner was not working.We have lodged a complaint on same day, complaint No[protected]. Till today i.e., 10/3/2014 by this time nobody has attended the problem unfortunately by 8:10pm my wife was cooking the food, suddenly we heard a big sound, she ran out of the kitchen.After that we found that the stove has got bursted by god grace nothing more incident was happened. Now from saturday onwards repeated follow up with the service centre in bangalore and personally speaking to the service engineer did not help neither the item was repaired nor nobody was turned to this side.I am enclosing the photograph of the above incident.I request here by please immediately send your representative and solve the problem.

Problem in wet grinder

Hi team Its been 3months (May) since we got the Green chef wet grinder. Suddenly yesterday their was a choke from the motor, Please suggest us how it get it repaired ASAP. Regards Nandini

    I have purchased a GREENCHEF INDUCTION COOKER from M/s ' MILAN HOME APPLIANCES ' # 587, 1st Main, Kommaghatta Road, KS Town, Kengeri, Bangalore 560060. On 26th April 2013 by paying a cash of Rs 3000/- and now i.e., Feb 2014 the Induction Cooker is giving trouble like frequently getting OFF & ON and some times fails to operate as well not satisfactory in total.

    The product is under WARRANTY PERIOD and when complained to the Customer Care Dept over Phone No[protected] the staff from the other end ( Greenchef ) directed me to take the product to their place or to the dealer from whom I bought, but When I enquired with the dealer i.e, MILAN HOME APPLIANCES @ KS Town, Bangalore, I was asked to leave the product with them, who in turn send it to the manufacturere or the main point of selling and then they would look into the problem and then I would be intimated, even at this point NO SPECIFIC ASSURENCE OF GETTING IT REPAIRED OR REPLACING THE SAME, BUT ONLY NON-COMMITAL NAME SAKE RESPONSE !!

    The point here is, The product has been purchased for the daily use of preparing FOOD for the family members and if this product is to be left with the dealer or the primary supplier for 5 - 6 days or so ( which is not specific !! ) how to manage for preparing the absolutely needed daily food without the COOKER ?

    They are bound to give the service as other SERVICE PROVIDERS FOR ' HOME APPLIANCES ' DO PROVIDE but on some or other grounds THIS GREENCHEF FELLOWS are skipping from their responsibilities and not caring for the customers after the termination of the sale, which amounts to NEGLIGENCE & UNCARRING ATTITUDE.

    I strongly regret this attitude and request your goodself to redress this issue and get me the justice.

        I bought a Green chef 4 burner glass top stove from MAX Hypermarket on 19/1/2013. After 4 months the side of the burners started breaking and the steel body which is supposed to be steel has started rusting which means it is not steel. So it is cheating .Secondly their service center website is not working. The Max Hypermarket should not sell such products and if they do they should take the responsibility of the customer complaints as well.

          I brought a green chef gas stove black top with 3 burners in dec 2012. Their website is http://www.greenchef.in/ which is not working.
          By April 2013, the burners are very slow when we start the stove. Out of 3 burners, 2 burners are not working. 1 is working but on very low flame.
          Warranty is given, but to no avail. This is an appliance with which our and our family are at stake. The appliance is faulty and on top of that the service of the company is also very very poor.

          Repeated complaints to their service centre in Bangalore and personally speaking to the service manager did not help. Neither the item was repaired successfully, nor they were ready to replace the system.

          please stop the company from selling such faulty appliances that are a hazard for the public. please do not buy any product from Greenchef ever.

            I purchased Greenchef 4 burner Gas stove from Durga appliances shop on Kudlu Main road.Within one week it started giving problems.Burners are not working properly, I need to spend atleast 30 minutes in the morning to switch on the stove after multiple tries and switching between burners to light it.I have reported this issue to Durga appliances as well as customer care.The lady who spoke to me from customer care told that they dont have any technical person available and will take few days.I was not given any commitment on the no of days that they are going to take to solve my problem.Since I am shifting from Banglore in another 2 days time, I requested them to send the person ASAP but very unhappy answer was given.They dont have technical person.
            Never ever go for greenchef gas stoves.You cant trust thyem.Waste product, wastage of money and time.

            Greenchef Stove — Issues with gas stove

            leakage in gas stove. We are trying to contact your service center number, but their is no response from last one week.We some incident occur who will be responsible.If this compliant in not considered with in 3 day will take legal action.
            Worst customer care and worst product I have ever seen.

              I HAVE BOOKED THE COMPLAINT FOR SO MANY TIMES BUT STILL NO REPLY FROM ANY ONE AT ALL...SERVICE IS WORST AND USELESS.....I HAVE DECIDED NOT TO BUY ANY GREEN CHEF PRODUCTS IN FUTURE....HOPELESS.....DABBA.....

              worst service.always gives reply dont have technical persons.
              I bought a 4 burner green chef gas stove in March 2013 .Within one week itself the 2 burners stopped working.After making multiple calls to customer care the reply that I got was no technical person available and they would need some days to come and check the item.No commitment given on the no of days or replacement.Never ever go for this product

                Poor quality. Pathetic service

                I brought a green chef gas stove black top with 3 burners in Apr 2012. Their website is http://www.greenchef.in/

                By May 2012, the self ignition stopped working. The next month, the stand legs broke.

                Repeated complaints to their service centre in Bangalore and personally speaking to the service manager did not help. Neither the item was repaired successfully, nor they were ready to replace the system.
