मैने एक कंप्लेन की थी 6 मार्च को greenchef maxo इंडक्शन के लिए अभी तक कोई कार्यवाही आपके द्वारा नही हुई
आपके टीम मेंबर संजय जी जिनका नंबर ये है जो कस्टमर केयर के द्वारा मुझे प्राप्त हुआ है[protected] इनके पास मैंने 8 मार्च को 4 5 बार कॉल किया उन्होंने नही उठाया 15 मार्च को किया फिर भी नही उठाया उसके थोड़े देर बाद मेरे मोबाइल पे मैसेज आ गया है की आपकी शिकायत का निराकरण हो चुका है, बिना किसी सर्विस बॉय के आए ही, उसके बाद मैने नई कंप्लेन की तो फिर बोले 3 से 4 दिन लगेगा 5 दिन बाद काल किया तो कस्टमर केयर में बोला गया कि आपकी कंप्लेन क्लोज कर दी गई है संजय सर के पास से फिर दुबारा कंप्लेन रजिस्टर्ड की गई और अभी तक कार्यवाही नही हुई,
मैने ईमेल के माध्यम से भी जानकारी लेनी चाही की क्या स्टेट्स है हमारी कंप्लेन का तो उसमे भी कोई रिप्लाई नही आया,
कृपया ध्यान दीजिए।

One of the burner is not working, i raised case in green chef but there is no proper response from the service center.

I have serviced the kettile 3 times. But now again complaint

Literally very worse experience ever had in life time . Bought gas stove Greenchef not even one month completed . The flame is white and burner is getting black .

Need home service immediately otherwise need a good new product, otherwise need my money back .

Today fully blast 5lter cooker
Befor 3 month 3ltr cooker induction plat are gone off
But todays 5ltr cooker blast with badaly condition
We use this cooker only form 9 month we can share all photo's and videos

Error problem.
Only 20 minutes working after that it results error. It was serviced 2 times but the same problem is occurring.

Hi Team, we had complained about our mixer grinder on 3/2/2023 and they didn’t come and fix the issue yet. I have been calling them from a while however no result. Can you please help us fix this issues.

काम नही कर रहा है। मैने 20 जनवरी को शिकायत भी की है लेकिन कोई रिस्पॉन्स नही मिला अभी तक कृपया कार्यवाही करे।

Sir I had purchased a gas stove in 2021 but now one burner not working so please register this complaint

Product is leaking and Nozzle not working, there are no personnel picking up the phone call in customer care number.

We have purchased kettle 1.5 litter. But kettle not working properly.

With due respect kindly resolve my issue at the earliest.

Recently I have purchased a induction of your company and used hardly 1 week max 30 min's daily.

Today the glass top had been blasted and luckily my wife and 10 months daughter are safe.

So at the earliest come and resolve this issue else i had to take this issue seriously to the public .

Being such a reputed company I bought your induction but it didn't even last 1 week even.

I am from Bangalore and purchased from a nearby shop.

I have used induction past like Bajaj and it never blasted or i didn't heared any complaint. Now after greenchef induction within 1 week it got busted.I want a new product .Now the seller is rejecting my complain.

The seller is smartly telling there is no warranty for glass burst and my glass bursted when no electric current . After use of it 5 min's it automatically busted.

I had ordered a Greenchef Kiyo Thermosteel stainless steel 1000 ml Bottle from flipkart and I didn't get the quality as expected so I need a replacement for my product as it is unable to keep water cool for even 1 hr.

I purchased this greenchef stove nearly 1 year ago but from some days 1 burner is not working properly flame is very low.. and customer care number or toll free number of greenchef company is always switch off or dismissed.. please resolve my problem as soon as possible

My gas geyser is not working properly, sometimes works and sometimes not working, even if water pressure and gas pressure is ok.i purchased it on 10.12.2021
