        I have purchased Greenchef gas Hob last week. There is some issue with gas flame. It is burning too high and leave black mark to our utensils. Kindly arrange a technician visit to my home.             I have bought a green chef tv on may 2022, due to Power fluctuations, tv is not working when i contacted the dealer for warranty claim, they rejected the claim and they asking money for repair, i am very dissatisfied with greenchef quality, if i dodnt get the claim i am gonna file a case in consumer court against the dealer and company.

              I have purchased the Greenchef gas hob in June 2021. I have used it not more than 5 months as last year most of the time i was in my native due to covid lock down. Today suddenly the glass top got crack and most importantly when the crack happened nothing was on the stove and no one was near. I am clueless for what happened and when i called customer care they told 2590rs to replace the glass and they cannot provide any warranty for the new glass. Customer care representive didn't have the patience to listen and she cut the call while i was asking my queries and concerns.

              If i have purchased the new glass for 2590 and if it got sudden crack without any reason in a week or two... Who can take the responsibility?

                The induction keeps displaying E6 when trying to cook rice and shuts off automatically as soon as the timer reaches 6 minutes even after re-starting and selecting a function. What function/setting should be used to cook rice?

                  Really very bad experience with this product, bought Hob top 3 Gas stove, bought 2 years 2 months but using only lesthen 1 year because of house under 🏗 construction, using few months only big and jumbo burner was spoiled, sudden firing 🔥 and very low flame scary to use, I request service people to repaire or replace without charges, they mentioned the price about 2570+1790 each burner, what's the quality of product how came not perform even 1 year properly, really disappointed, how we going to consider or refer this product for future buy,

                              We have purchased kelvin cooktop a year before till now we haven’t faced any issues but from past 2 days lightly gas was leaking from the cooktop and today if we on it all of a sudden it’s catching a fire from all the sides even from the bottom.. which is very dangerous.. truely disappointed with this performance..

                                  I recently bought a GreenChef TV some months back that time it's working fine . But after an software update on tv, i cant listen to the audio through bluetooth speakers or headphones . The audio is breaking after it play for some seconds and it repetedly audio is breaking . may be its some kind of software problem caused after that update . and i didnt get any updates after this .i hope it will fix on next update . But before this update i can watch movies and listen music very clearly through bluetooth headphones and bt speakers .

                                    Sub : Quality issue in Greenchef Pearl 5 L S.S. Induction Bottom Pressure Cooker
                                    Ref : Your lnvoice No. KA-ZSHW-46616, Invoice Date : 25.10.2021.

                                    We have purchased the above said 5 L Induction Bottom Pressure Cooker (B09CL45XKC ( EV-2ZWY-2BGN) through Amazon by first week of Nov 2021. Right from the day one the cooker is not functioning properly. Various issue water leaking around the top lid, no whistle indication, Rice not boiling properly and so on.

                                    Now the Handle of the Cooker was also broken and could not able to place the cooker on the Stove / Lift the cooker from the gas stove. The handle is of very poor quality notwithstanding the cooker weight itself.

                                    Kindly take up the matter with the concerned and do the needful for necessary replacement / service on priority.

                                    Awaiting early action.
