Whenever I turn on the induction an alarm is heard and the heating is turned off.
I am call many times on Customer service number but no reply to me 🙁 i am really hurt because, my new induction only worked for 3 days...

Raised complaint 2 times for flame going low within 3 months of purchase.
Customer care and service engineer is misbehaving when asked for replacement.

I brought a cooker combo set from Flipkart in October and from November onwards I'm trying to contact greenchef for its replacement or any help but it's not possible to reach them

I brought Stainless steel gas stove at indane gas store at very premium rate. It's been only 2 weeks and this started giving lot of trouble. One burner is not working at all and my effort to reach the executive of Greenchef went in vain. I recommend a strict action on this and the company need to be sued for tying up with gas agencies and looting people by charging premium rates under compulsory but with cylinder condition

I am not able to connect phone to tv if we open wireless network and on the wifi it is not showing the network name, it's just showing the wifi is turning on

I have buy a new greenchef chulha, within 30 days 1 burner is not functioning, so please solve my problem as soon as possible.

It is more than a week the grievance and complaint lodged, no response or action to resolve the quality issue in S.S. Induction Bottom Pressure Cooker 5 L capacity. The purchased unit is not working properly from day one and various reminder / telecon no result and the unit needs replacement immediately. Matter Most Urgent.

We have purchased the above said 5 L Induction Bottom Pressure Cooker (B09CL45XKC ( EV-2ZWY-2BGN) through Amazon on[protected] and right from the day one water is leaking around the top lid and there is no whistle indication form the cooker. Rice is also not boiling properly.

Kindly take up the matter with the concerned and do the needful for necessary replacement / service on priority.

The second burner of our green check stop is not working and it has only been at least two and a half months we had taken new gas stock and its second burner is not working now it has 2 years warrant.You get its burner repaired, repair or change it.

Induction automatic on off

I had contacted green chef on 13th Nov and raised a complaint that the new gas stove that I have got one of burners was not working properly. I spoke Radhika who first of all was so rude shouldn't be in customer service, then she raised a complaint (SC[protected] said the tech will contact me. To date I didn't receive any calls yesterday I called again spoke to deepika after waiting for 1/2 hr she said she gave me tech number to call, I called no answer neither he tried to call back. I called again today spoke to Sangeetha who was only bothered to get rid of the call she was again giving me the tech number in asked for supervisor and she transferred to kalpana, another ignorant fool claiming to be a supervisor who is so stupid didn't even bothered checking my query she finally said she will call the tech herself but tech didn't answer so she said she will contact me in 5 mins that was an hour ago that's why I am putting a complaint here. Please look into it
