Kind Reminder-2 :
It is more than a week the grievance and complaint lodged, no response or action to resolve the quality issue in S.S. Induction Bottom Pressure Cooker 5 L capacity. The purchased unit is not working properly from day one and various reminder / telecon no result and the unit needs replacement immediately. Matter Most Urgent.

We have purchased the above said 5 L Induction Bottom Pressure Cooker (B09CL45XKC ( EV-2ZWY-2BGN) through Amazon on[protected] and right from the day one water is leaking around the top lid and there is no whistle indication form the cooker. Rice is also not boiling properly.

Kindly take up the matter with the concerned and do the needful for necessary replacement / service on priority.

The second burner of our green check stop is not working and it has only been at least two and a half months we had taken new gas stock and its second burner is not working now it has 2 years warrant.You get its burner repaired, repair or change it.

Induction automatic on off

I had contacted green chef on 13th Nov and raised a complaint that the new gas stove that I have got one of burners was not working properly. I spoke Radhika who first of all was so rude shouldn't be in customer service, then she raised a complaint (SC[protected] said the tech will contact me. To date I didn't receive any calls yesterday I called again spoke to deepika after waiting for 1/2 hr she said she gave me tech number to call, I called no answer neither he tried to call back. I called again today spoke to Sangeetha who was only bothered to get rid of the call she was again giving me the tech number in asked for supervisor and she transferred to kalpana, another ignorant fool claiming to be a supervisor who is so stupid didn't even bothered checking my query she finally said she will call the tech herself but tech didn't answer so she said she will contact me in 5 mins that was an hour ago that's why I am putting a complaint here. Please look into it

Taken new green chef four burner and one burner is not at all working...we have raised the ticket but no one is responding even the alloted technician is not responding properly please look into it

Last month I ordered our product in flipkart nicely works but some times automatically offs now the wire sharting inside of plug point kindly clime my warranty product

Water bottle not working properly hot water fill with in one hour or maximum two hour last water it will be comes normal condition

I have purchased one greenchef induction cook top on last august 16 2021. Since 1 month not finished and is now not working properly. It is working like low spec computer full of virus . I need it to be repaired or refund my cash as prefer ..please let your representative to clear it as possible.

The insulation is not working.hot or cold water doesn't stay long. Its working as normal steel bottle. Have complained about it they asked me to pay 100rs more for the replacement. After the payment no response.

This product has creck on bottle lid position so this insulation not working properly not cold and not warm

In October 2020 I buy a induction from flipkart, bit thats broken .
Then I was replaced the hot glass from your service team, then not working properly also.
I have already many times complaint in your company..
