Tower fan is not working after 8 months of purchase. One agent has came to resolve and he saif that its a moter complaint.....

It's been 8 months we bought the greenchef 5L Pressure cooker from Amazon. But the handle broken and water coming out of cooker before whistling when put in on stove. It is in warranty period. Please replace.

Greenchef mixer grinder working with loud noise.now is under warranty....

Induction cook top 2000watts brought 2 months back, while working small sound came and stopped working....

Gas stove glass top broken...

One nob is failed and two nobs break...

I will suggest to all social media friends and relatives and etc.. please dont buy this untrusted product, my wife was cooking in kitchen, suddenly this glass got blasted . by god grace nothing happened coz she was just away from stove . and i called service centre, they if you want we change the glass but we charge . i am going to take this incident very serious, may be will go to consumer court after discuss with layer . and iam going to...

I bought greenchef kelvin glass automatic hob(4 burners) from flip kart website on 26/08/2020 with value of cost 12999/-
When start cooking today morning it blasted automatically.

Its been almost 4 months after i purchase it, but now lts automatic lighters cant able to lit up gas. all three of them is not working, and its being very hard for me to avail warrenty! even i emailed to you!
If You didnt resolved and denie to repaired it, I'll gonna go to consumar court for SURE.

Low flame in one of the burner....

Now the burners are not working properly. Nobes also brocken. Flame is breaking.A service is urgent.

I have order One 5 Littre cooker from Amazon site on 19-Oct-2020 for Gift purpose. Now person open this box today for use this cooker. He found that cooker Cover is damage. It is very shameful for me. I am attaching the picture of cover....

Gas stove one burner not useually the problem is that not use...

I bought a 3 stove burner of Greenchef a week back. On unpacking I found that one of the burner knobs won't fit. On checking with the seller I was informed that I need to log a complaint to get the same replaced. But he did not give any information as to whom and how to contact for the repair.

I am unable to use this stove as required due to this manufacturing defect.

Please assist how I can get it replaced.br...
