Hi Grofers,

It's completely dada giri you people are doing. You people have blocked my account, I am not sure what's the problem.

Did I take your money ?? Did not paid you pay for the product?

What relationship do you have with me? You are the seller and I am the buyer. You are selling the product and I bought the product by paying you full price. As a seller you said to me, If I am not satisfied with the product, then I can return it within 7 days, and you will refund all the amount.

This is a simple concept. But now people are doing Dada Giri, I didn't disobey any of your policy but still you have blocked the account and I am asking for a return and refund. You are saying that account is blocked and we are not able to refund the money.

It clearly shows how you people are doing Dada Giri. I am asking for my own money, I am not asking anything in charity or free of cost. I am just asking for my own money.

Please return my money and take your products. I don't want it and I just want my money back which I have given and which is my own.

      Hello team.

      I am have an issue with the order I placed on 1 January 2022. The item nature protect disinfectant spray came damaged and spoiled the cookies. And all the items were covered in spray. I requested refund the same day and was told that refund of 204rs was initiated on 4 January. Today is 17th January I still have not received my refund. The customer service is extremely rude and unprofessional. Spoke to Akshay he is very rude. No refund received. And no help was granted to me. I need my refund please help me. Grofers have extremely rude customer service and they do not help at all. I have not received my refund or replacement. Please assist me. Order ID ORD[protected]. I have already contacted gpay and they informed that no credit has been received. And Grofers is not helping me. I am in distress and anxiety. Please help me.

          I had ordered some fresh fruits today. However, some of the delivered items were rotten & not upto the mark to be consumed. Please either refund or replace those items at the earliest. This is really not expected from the service provider.

            I am continuously calling grofers team and bank to get my refund but no one is responding everyone is asking to contact other one.
            I have cancelled the order on 02 jan 2022 which had amount 527/-
            Amount has to be refunded to me by 7th jan but till now it is not received.
            Grofers customer service is asking that they have refunded the amount and their work has been done now is i want my money back then i have to file dispute in bank. It is no responsibility of grofers.

              Today at 7:28 i have placed order..order id is ORDO99049061. At 7:40, in applications order marked delivered but i have not received any oder yet. I try calling agent but no response and i have tried customer chat section. Sent so many messages but no response from them...i don't know what type of customer support they are providing us..i need my ordered items or refund...very disappointed with the chat support.

                  It appears Grofers have a contract with Vendor to get all their poor stale items delivered to the customers home. Placed order for the first time and had very bad experience

                      Blinkit claim for 50 % off for first user but they are internally making user as existing user and saying no offer.
                      I am first user of grofer/blinkit so coupon worked for me but I did not got delivery in 18 min and after 24 hr my order got cancelled without any reason and when I reordered it says I am existing customer, this is same happen with many of my friends. I think it is their strategy to fool customers and increase their database with no of people. But I made a mistake ordering from blinkit which says 18 min delivery but it never happen instead I would have ordered from swiggy and i would have got same day delivery.

                        Worst experience with BLINKIT, they claim for 18 min delivery that never happen, when contacted customer service they said there is delevery issue and they will try again but after 24 hour they cancelled order without any reason

                        Grofer- BLINKIT they claim 50% off for first user and when I ordered first time and applied the coupon it worked but order not delivered and they cancelled without any notice. Again I ordered then it got cancelled without any notice. I contacted customer care and they said I am existing customer as per their faulty system so I am not eligible for first time user. When I said I am using first time grocer they said no my system is saying you are existing. That the funniest thing. But they claim 50 % off never worked, it was just wasting of time with grocer, I would have done it from swiggy same day. Bad decision to go with BLINKIT, please don't ad what you cant do
                        I also had similar worst experience. Coupon code given after successful IPL bidding shows invalid when applied. No mind to resolve - only mails exchanged asking for information repeatedly. Looks like a fake code. Bad experience. Stopped using them.

                            Don't ever buy from them. It's been for long time they have send bad quality products despite many reminder and now they have started sending expiry products. And when asking them they simply send automated response and close the chat on you face. I've posted my review online with the pics and the chat with these guys. Please my request, for you health and safety, do not buy from these pathetic guys. You suffer illness if buying from them.

                                    I had placed an order which was not actually placed but amount was deducted from my account.So I raised the complaint about same.They told me that they had received the amount but since the order was not placed they will refund it within 2 3 days. But since I didn't got it back even after 5 days I contact them and now they are saying that they haven't received any amount.
                                    Whereas my bank also shows that amount was received at their end.
                                    Please help!!
