Today at 7:28 i have placed order..order id is ORDO99049061. At 7:40, in applications order marked delivered but i have not received any oder yet. I try calling agent but no response and i have tried customer chat section. Sent so many messages but no response from them...i don't know what type of customer support they are providing us..i need my ordered items or refund...very disappointed with the chat support....

It appears Grofers have a contract with Vendor to get all their poor stale items delivered to the customers home. Placed order for the first time and had very bad experience...

You blocked my account without any significant proof, unblock it asap...

Blinkit claim for 50 % off for first user but they are internally making user as existing user and saying no offer.
I am first user of grofer/blinkit so coupon worked for me but I did not got delivery in 18 min and after 24 hr my order got cancelled without any reason and when I reordered it says I am existing customer, this is same happen with many of my friends. I think it is their strategy to fool customers and increase their database...

Worst experience with BLINKIT, they claim for 18 min delivery that never happen, when contacted customer service they said there is delevery issue and they will try again but after 24 hour they cancelled order without any reason...

Unable to login to .y Grofers account.
It automatically logged out, and now OTP is not sending and unable to login.
I have issues with my order which is delivered yesterday....

Don't ever buy from them. It's been for long time they have send bad quality products despite many reminder and now they have started sending expiry products. And when asking them they simply send automated response and close the chat on you face. I've posted my review online with the pics and the chat with these guys. Please my request, for you health and safety, do not buy from these pathetic guys. You suffer illness if buying from them....

I have placed my order which has been accepted but my order has not been delivered till yet.Bow the order is also not showing...

I had placed an order which was not actually placed but amount was deducted from my account.So I raised the complaint about same.They told me that they had received the amount but since the order was not placed they will refund it within 2 3 days. But since I didn't got it back even after 5 days I contact them and now they are saying that they haven't received any amount.

Hi,

I bought one of your products "CITRUS Floor Cleaner" from Grofers. I noticed liquid inside this bottle turned from citrus yellow to red in just a few months.
The Product is still not expired yet. Now when I am raising my concerns Grofers saying they can only entertain within 4-7 days of delivery after that user is it own risk.
Though these floor cleaner are own by Grofers under Savemore brand but they don't...

Ordrered fruits with special offer they advertised as 50% off, all fruits were bad and horrible quality and rotten. When i wrote to them about refund they said only in 4 days they will refund from order.
I will only know fruit quality after i open the fruit not from outside. This is a scheme to cheat customers by buying fruits in bulk and then selling with discounts that are rotten....

I added money to Paytm wallet on the grofers app. The transaction was completed and my money also got deducted but no order is placed. Please help....

I am writing to you to raise an issue about: smart bacchat club

The issue that i have experienced was: i have ordered few items from grofers and i paid for it but this cheater ppl already added 249 for smart bacharach club. I didn't added that but this ppl add that default. Rs249. We can buy 4 kgs of rice or 2kg of dal. They made software to loot us. Don't ever buy anything from grofers....
