Ordered sweat lassi. Sold expired product. Now not returning the money, leave alone any compensation for the fact that we have fallen ill after consuming it.

I placed an order today at Grofers Online Shopping Grocery store.The Order was for Juice and I placed it at 6pm evening.According to theor time commited they were suppose to deliver it at 7:50PM, but still not delivered.I called them and asked them the problem, they said they will get it solved and deliver it shortly.Still i waited and after some time I am receiving a message that your order will be delivered tomorrow at same time.The same problem I faced in yeaterdays order.My problem is why they have to commit FAKE promisses when they cant deliver.Even I did online payment.Some people might need in Urgency and they wait for the order to deliver but at the end when after 4-5 hours later you get to hear all these when all the shops are closed how would you feel.I seriously want to take a strict action against them and make them learn a lesson of the urgency of the orders.They just dont bother and doing business with their own wish.It would be my last order.Guy be CAREFUL OF THIS **** GROFERS!!!

I purchased groceries through Grofers website(Merchant ID GRTXN2234187) on 12-Nov-2015 . In the payment page it clearly showed 15% cashback if I pay through Pay U Money wallet. Although I don't have account with Pay U Money, I created one and paid through this option.(Payment ID[protected] When I check with Pay U Money for Cashback, they are speaking on hidden terms that the offer is over by 11-Nov-2015 where as my purchase date is 12-Nov-2015, In that case Grofers website shouldn't have shown 15% cashback option. I feel cheated in this instance by Grofers and Pay U money. There might be many consumers who lost cashback with same reason. I need justice to get cashback and also a clearance from both parties not to continue this fooling game.
