Grofers India Private Limited — Items were missing in the parcel delivered by grofers.

I had order grocery from the grofers. ( ORD[protected]. They deliver me all the items which I had booked except 3 combo pack of harphic liquid worth Rs.371. on complaints about the same they are not admitting their mistakes instead saying that that they had delivered all the product to my respective address.

Further complaining on customer care that told that they will cross check with the CCTV footage of packing d poly bag within next 24 hours.

After 24 hours they are saying that they had cross checked with the CCTV footage and there didn't find any item got missed while packing.

when I told them to please provide me with their CCTV footage so that I can also crossed check whether they are saying true or not.
But they denied saying that it's against company policy.

And finally it's looks like that I'll have to bear this loss for no reason on the company behalf

Not satisfied with the service of the grofers they are cheaters.

Please guys don't purchase any grocery from the grofers you didn't know when they were going to cheat you.
