I have purchased Grossary & other items in Sale from Grofers.
They offered Free Inaam of Portronics POR Ruffpad on Zero Cost to me.
But i am surprised to find that I have been billed Rs 699.00 for that worthless piece of Free Inaam.
Please refund this payment excess charged to me.

Dear Customer Care team,

I had purchased a 10 kg pack of Mini Mogra Daawat Rozana Basmati rice from Grofers.
Order id : ORD[protected]
opening the sealed packet of rice, I noted lumps of rice, with moulds. The bag has numerous such lumps.
The rice is absolutely unfit for human consumption. Please replace the rice bag at the earliest or refund the purchase price.
Request you to take urgent action...

I had order grocery from the grofers. ( ORD[protected]. They deliver me all the items which I had booked except 3 combo pack of harphic liquid worth Rs.371. on complaints about the same they are not admitting their mistakes instead saying that that they had delivered all the product to my respective address.

Further complaining on customer care that told that they will cross check with the CCTV footage of packing d poly bag...
