Grofers India Private Limited — Poor quality of products

Dear Customer Care team,

I had purchased a 10 kg pack of Mini Mogra Daawat Rozana Basmati rice from Grofers.
Order id : ORD[protected]
opening the sealed packet of rice, I noted lumps of rice, with moulds. The bag has numerous such lumps.
The rice is absolutely unfit for human consumption. Please replace the rice bag at the earliest or refund the purchase price.
Request you to take urgent action and redress my complaint. I have kept the rice bag aside, for your inspection.
