Grt Jewellers — ILL treatment of customer - Chennai Tambaram branch

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding a recent visit to your Tambaram branch, specifically the 4th floor. As a longstanding and valued customer, my experience during this visit was nothing short of disheartening.

On 9th September 2023 around 5 clock, I visited your store with the intention of making a purchase, as I have done on numerous occasions in the past. However, the treatment I received from one of your hostesses has left me deeply upset and insulted.

Upon finishing my purchase around 6:30 pm, I approached the hostess stationed on the 4th floor. Instead of a warm welcome and the usual courteous demeanor that I have come to expect from GRT Jewellers, I was met with an unprofessional and disrespectful attitude. To my shock, she refused to provide me with the customary refreshment that is offered to customers during their visit. I believe she was judging me with my looks.

This incident not only reflects poorly on your brand's reputation for excellent customer service but also made me feel unwelcome and undervalued as a loyal customer. It is disheartening to think that a brand I have trusted and patronized for so long could treat me in such a manner.

I firmly believe that every customer, regardless of their purchase intentions, deserves to be treated with respect and courtesy when visiting your establishment. It is crucial for the staff at GRT Jewellers to understand that it is the collective experience and interactions that define a customer's loyalty to a brand.
