Recently I purchased a silver bracelet for my fiance and sent to Canada.
I just gifted it as a resemblance of our long distance relationship but it just disappointed us. Overall dissatisfied with the product. It just broke out after he wore for a single time. We felt that money got wasted and our feelings too.
Please return our money back...

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding a recent visit to your Tambaram branch, specifically the 4th floor. As a longstanding and valued customer, my experience during this visit was nothing short of disheartening.

On 9th September 2023 around 5 clock, I visited your store with the intention of making a purchase, as I have done on numerous occasions in the past. However, the treatment I received from one of your hostesses has left me deeply upset and insulted.

Upon finishing my purchase around 6:30 pm, I approached the hostess stationed on the 4th floor. Instead of a warm welcome and the usual courteous demeanor that I have come to expect from GRT Jewellers, I was met with an unprofessional and disrespectful attitude. To my shock, she refused to provide me with the customary refreshment that is offered to customers during their visit. I believe she was judging me with my looks.

This incident not only reflects poorly on your brand's reputation for excellent customer service but also made me feel unwelcome and undervalued as a loyal customer. It is disheartening to think that a brand I have trusted and patronized for so long could treat me in such a manner.

I firmly believe that every customer, regardless of their purchase intentions, deserves to be treated with respect and courtesy when visiting your establishment. It is crucial for the staff at GRT Jewellers to understand that it is the collective experience and interactions that define a customer's loyalty to a brand.

My husband had made a purchase from GRT jewellers online where they claim hassle-free return and exchange. they item was delivered well in time but the earrings had no closure at back of the hoop design so we opted exchange.
The store people were reluctant to attend a customer who can for Exhange of an online purchase. after a lot of hassle they agreed to entertain. but the billing they did where i paid GST twice, one in previous...

GRT Jewelers (Fraud): Shocked to find out this fraudulent stuff from a reputed jewelers. Such a shame on them!

Also, test with magnet once if you have bought any Silver and/ or Gold from GRT!! They may have hallmark and GRT stamp...

I have ordered a chain (Order No OR2020J2927) on Feb 09th at GRT Jewellery Mepz Tambaram branch. The due delivery date is supposed to be by March 09, way before to our COVID lockdowns. I am trying to track about the chain and whereabouts since March 01st but no proper response. They are just passing days saying that it's still under making. Few days before I got a call saying that "Please come to the shop and get a new chain". When we inquired...

On 06/10/2019, i went to replace my old chain to the new jewel in grt jewellers at tambaram sanitorium branch, first weighted 24.540 gm after they melted and weighed it as 22.380 gm, they steal 2.16 gms. They valued in 916 k rate instead of 24 k rate. But after melted weight loss may not more than 500 mg.
I seriously doubted they made jewellery 24k purity, but valued in 916k rate
