Recently I purchased a silver bracelet for my fiance and sent to Canada.
I just gifted it as a resemblance of our long distance relationship but it just disappointed us. Overall dissatisfied with the product. It just broke out after he wore for a single time. We felt that money got wasted and our feelings too.

Also, test with magnet once if you have bought any Silver and/ or Gold from GRT!! They may have hallmark and GRT stamp...

I have ordered a chain (Order No OR2020J2927) on Feb 09th at GRT Jewellery Mepz Tambaram branch. The due delivery date is supposed to be by March 09, way before to our COVID lockdowns. On 06/10/2019, i went to replace my old chain to the new jewel in grt jewellers at tambaram sanitorium branch, first weighted 24.540 gm after they melted and weighed it as 22.380 gm, they steal 2.16 gms. They valued in 916 k rate instead of 24 k rate. But after melted weight loss may not more than 500 mg.
I seriously doubted they made jewellery 24k purity, but valued in 916k rate
