Booked a flat with Gruha Kalyan Erica Domlur Project.They came home and swiped the 2 cards (Debit card for 50, 000 and Credit card for 1, 50, 000) Within 3 hours we read the reviews online and found something not right. So we went the same daby by 4o clock for cancellation of the flat. However they were closed and asked us to come after 2 days. I booked a flat in Gladilous project and paid booking amount of 8.75 Lakhs in Jan 2016. Later in Sept 2016 by Father was diagnosed with Cancer and i needed money badly so i requested for cancellation, though they refused initially later they agreed for cancellation and gave cancellation receipt. I had deposited rs 2 lakhs on 4th april 2015 for gladiolus project in hebbal. Since then the project not moved an inch and i have been following for my refund since november 2015. I have booked an flat in gruha kalyan in 3rd quarter of 2015 and cancelled the flat on august 2016 due to not bound to construction timeline. They provided three cheques of 75 days later date for the amount of rs. 10, 50, 000 which is bounced when submitted to bank. They have provided 2 commitment letters but failed to return the money. I have booked a Plot of Gruha Kal;yan naming Golden Champ Bannerghatta road. They committed me to provide Land Document, MOU and Site planning map on very next day followed by payment of booking amount. I have booked a flat in one of the Gruha Kalyan project Rose-2 marathahalli on 2nd Apr 2016, within one week I cancelled my booking. As per their norms, they should settle the refund of my booking amount within 75 days.

Guys, here is my experience with the so called Gruha Kalyan...
recently I got a message on my cell with some offer on Flats and I contacted them via phone which sounded lucrative. They then started chasing me with a free pick up and drop option to show the location of the property they going to construct the flats. I agreed to accompany them on Monday and the location was just opposite to Manyata Tech Park adjacent to Hanging Garden...

Any approached lawyer on the cheque bounce part, i'm planning to approach the lawyer.
I tried reaching many people mainly indulekha (She has two number), rashmi, narendra and even the offical gruhakalyan number given the website. No one is answering.

I had booked a flat in March, GK Erica booking # 4487 and i had paid 2lakh. I had to cancel it after 3-4 days due to personal reason. When i went for refund they gave me a post dated cheque for 1 lakh 98k for 9th June but that cheque got bounced.

I went for cancellation after a day which they clearly denied. After several attempts and lot of follow up they finally accepted cancellation and it took two and a half months to get the Post dated cheque which was getting valid after another...

I have registered site at Manyatha Location on July 2016 and after going through the forums I realized they are not trust worthy. Able to see many comments from many people.
