Respected sir/ madam,
I am an automotive engineer working in MNC Company .
I had booked two 1 BHK flats in the Affordable Housing Project ' GK-Aster ' of Gruha Kalyan on 20th February, 2016 with booking amount of Rs. 250000 in prelaunch offer at 32/A, 9th Main sector 6 HSR Layout, Bengaluru, 560102.
The Company is represented by Ms. Mujumdar Shataparni.
The other key members are Mr. Sidharth and Mr. Saran.
I found that builder has not maintained good reputation in the market and none of their projects are starting and also
my regular expenses are increasing.
So, I have cancelled the booked flat of Gruha Kalyan as per company procedure on 29th February, 2016 at 32/A, 9th Main sector 6 HSR Layout, Bengaluru, 560102.
I have received postdated cancellation check of 245, 000 with 2% deduction dated on 25th may2016.
After waiting three months, the postdated check bounced.
As per cancellation norms of company, they have to return the amount within 90 days.
But they are not following any committed company procedure as mentioned in agreement copy.
I put a lot of efforts to follow the Gruha Kalyan employee to return my hard earned money.
They have returned Rs 2, 00, 000 in three installments. But they have taken seven months to return this money.
The balance amount Rs 45, 000 is not refunding to me. In last Four months they have given so many committed dates to return my money back. All their commitment gets failed.
I am now being mentally very frustrated and feeling like harassed. Please help me to get my balance amount Rs. 45, 000.
They have cheated almost 1000+ people in Bangalore.
Please take required action to help me.

Balanced Amount: Rs 45, 000 (Gruha Kalyan is not refunding the amount)
