Hi This is my personal experience with Gruhakalyan. Also you can see similar comments & experiences from other customers in www.commonfloor.com They are selling flats ( yet to be constructed and only on paper!) Their business model is very different from other established builders that makes you think twice before booking a flat with them. They attract customers by offering very low cost because their project start date is not known,...

TGS Property, Dreams GK all are same to cheat peoples, simply they will make agreements with Landlords..apply all necessary permissions, and they will prelaunch Flats.. they will never start the construction... after 2 to 3 years they will comeup with different name. just search Dreams GK review in internet, you will come to know...

Please make sure you don't end up paying any money with Gruha Kalyan. Their main office is in HSR Layout opposite to petrol pumb. These guys have no shame in cheating poor people without any problem. Dont ever spend a single penny with these companies like gruha kalyan, dreamz etc as, they are all same....

I have booked a flat with Gruhakalyan during their prelaunch offer last june. later i decided to cancel due to personal reasons. But still i could not get my refund booking amount/cheque from them. everyday they are telling some reasons like MD out of station, cheque book is empty or else no one is picking our call. I dont know how to get my refund 1 lakhs from them. could any one help /suggest whom to approach in this regard......
