Gruha Kalyan — Not returning booking cancellation amount | |||||
I booked 2 flats with Gruha Kalyan Blue Bell and after numerous complaints from other customers decided to stay away from it. With regards to payment Gruha Kalyan harrassed me regularly, but now that i have cancelled my booking, they are hiding making excuses about MD not being available. As per the staff Md has been on vacation since 2 months. They need to be reported. Who issues such companies license to operate? Was this information helpful? | |||||

I have lodged an FIR at HSR Police station regarding Gruha Kalyan.
If more people approach the police. Karnataka Police will finally have to take action.
If you have received your cheque and it has bounced, contact a lawyer and file for cheque bounce case.
I am taking this matter very seriously now, else Gruha Kalyan will continue cheating future customers.

Rineela : sir, today is business day we can't take the cancellation on weekdays, please come on friday.
Me: i asked why i need to come on friday, you should take it today itself.
Rineela : she said, no no sir... It is the rule. Even if we take today also. We will process it on friday (27th may).
Me : i said ok and left from there.

Me : i have contacted and done the cancellation on 27th friday. And asked by when i will get the poc.
Rineela: she said, with in a 1 week you wiill get post dated cheq with 75 days.
Me : i said ok and left from there, with my supporting docs.
After 5 days, i called to rineela and her number was in switch off. Till now it is not available.
Jun 2nd i have gone to gk office and there one girl name bhavya contacted me, she said rineela is in off... Bhavya said, its pakka sir by next tue you will get post date cheq you do not worried. We will take care it.
Jun 2nd week i called the number which was provided by bhavya... I spoke to harsitha on that day.. She said the process is in under progress. It will take 2 or 3 days.
After 3 days i called and the number is in switch off.. Directly i came to office and i met kulvanthi (Lead). She said rineela is not coming to office and please provide your cancellation documents again.
Calling multiple time with out progress.
Got fraustrated on gruha kalyan... Am not sure when i will get my post dated cheq and my money..
