Dear sir,
my complaint is pending last 3 days my id is: 669930 but no reply gsrtc side.

When i book my ticket online so no found any id (pan card, adhar card, election card) so i am not mention my id proof so i no judgment for my ticket. Old format i easy type my id proof, but new format i not type my id proof.

So please help as soon as possible.

We are awaiting favourable reply.

I have booked E-Ticket from VADODARA TO JAMNAGAR online Ticket booking on 15/02/2018 and after submit option from GSRTC site amount of bus fare Rs.472/- is being debited from my STATE BANK OF INDIA Account. but by mistake booked in seating in place of sleeper . at a time I have cancelled ticket but no refund credited in my bank account.( Ref # screen shot) My trip was on dt.01/03/2018.

Hello Guys,

I also faced the similar issue what you guys are facing. I had booked Sleeper Coach ticket however the bus came was seater coach and that too when i checked at booking office, they told me that mistakenly they have sent seater coach bus instead of sleeper coach bus and that seater coach bus has already left the bus station from different platform (on which bus was not supposed to come actually). They told me to drop an email on [protected]@mail1.gsrtc.in. However even after so many follow ups, nobody cares to reply. I think they (GSRTC Govt. Employees) are so illiterate that they don't know how to respond to customer's mail or they don't know English (I'm sure).

So i called on their toll free number [protected] provided on the website (which actually not a toll free, you will be charged). After a long wait, they picked up the call and i told everything what happened to me. They have NOW started looking into my issue.

Moral : They will never reply you on email. So don't waste time taking follow ups via email. Just make a call on this number [protected] (it is not toll free), press 9 and it will be redirected where you can talk to them. This might take some time to connect and you will keep on hearing music only but keep patience.

Just want to help you, guys! :)
