      My complaint is that I booked 3 E ticket from GSRTC website. My date of Journey was 26/10/2014 from Surat to Ahmedabad in 2x2 AC Luxury class. Date & Time :[protected] & 19:30 From : BHAVNAGAR To : AHMEDABAD CENTER BUS STATION Booked Seats : 1 Deducted Amount : 128.00(two times) Seat Nos. : 40 Passenger name : Alpesh Moradiya I didn't received any email as well as message related to the transaction for 1st time Seat No.31 but that time deducted Rs.128.00 but seat not booked so I tried 2nd time that time seat no.31 was booked so try to Book Seat No.40 so is it conform and deducted second time Rs.128.00 and received message and mail.           Respected sir, On the day of 29th oct.2014 wednesday, we went to Ambala village near by Amran. The Morbi S.t. Depo has provided the bus from Morbi to Ambala. This is not a first time. Most of times, this route bus driver do not reach to the desired destination to Ambala Village. Then we have to go to Amran and we have picked the bus from there. When we asked the bus conductor for the complaint book, he replied that it is not having.moreoover conductor named Dinesh Joshi misbehaved with my wife. I m kindly requesting you to do proper on this case. I m attaching the ticket of yesterday we have travelled from Amran to Morbi. I demand a strict action on responsible person. Pnr no. :- G7628759, Journey Date :- 28/10/2014, journey from :- Rajkot Central Bus Stand, Journey To :- Baroda, Trip code :- 1730DWKPANSLL15, Departure time :- 22.00 Hrs.Class :- SLEEPER, Pick point :- Rajkot Central Bus Stand, Route No. :- 193, Service From :- Dwarka, Service To :- PanigateNo. of Seat :- 2 adult, (1 & 2 no.) OB Reference NO. GS1310685 I registered one complain by this e-mail to you... I booked a ticket from Rajkot central bus stand to Baroda central bus stand on dated 20th October, 2014 and journey date is 28th October 2014 in SLEEPER catagery in bus trip DWARKA TO PANIGATE, time 10 pm from rajkot bus stand. On dated 28th october, 2014, 9.40 pm I reach rajkot bus stand and i inquired to inquiry person (duty person) for this particular trip. He say that bus time is 10 pm, so bus will come particular time. But very long time (1.30 hour) bus is not coming in bus stand. In between 4 time i inquired information for this bus trip for delay. When i go last time, 11.15 pm for inquiry to that duty person, he says me DWARKA - PANIGATE bus is standing on platform. But i seen that no any sleeper bus standing that platform or whole bus stand. So Once again i reach that inquiry person, So he surprised me and told ... TODAY SLEEPER BUS IS CANCELLED AND ARRANGE IN SIMPLE SITTING BUS. and that time that bus also left out depo. So I asked to inquiry person, without any information or altimation, how to i know for changing bus matter. NOT ANY MASSAGE OR INFORMATION GIVEN BY INQUIRY PERSON AND THAT TRIP'S CONDUCTOR. i journey with wife, Little son ( 3year) and 4 big bag, now how can manage any new bus. And that time rajkot inquiry person done rudely conversation with me. I meet 5 time to that person, but he was not given any information for bus circumstance changing (sleeper to simple sittnin bus) matter. Simple sitting bus no. is GJ[protected]as per panigate depo, i visited 29th oct, 2014 afternoon for complain) Then after that simple sitting bus was left out station, so i come in private (eagle bus) with unexpected expense, because of gsrtc person lazy work. NOT ANY INFORMATION OR ALTIMATION FOR THIS TRIP, HOW I UNDERSTOOD THIS MATTER OR SITUATION.??? Why management not given any information for this major changes from sleeper bus to simple sitting bus???? Pls. give me suggestion for this matter & Pls. give refund rs. 582/- for this unuse service (trip) for sleeper in dwarka panigate trip dated 28th oct, 2014.               Hello sir/madam, I am travelling from a'bad to baroda on 27th October, 2014 @8:45pm GSRTC volvo bus. Here wifi signal is there, but internet is not on. Thogh we are paying for the facilities like wifi & all, it is not working. Even the driver didn't know how to make wifi ON in bus. So I guess this problem must be prevailing since many months.                   I had bookd an online ticket from Ahemdabad Nehru nagar stop to Baroda Central Bus stop on 25th Oct. At the end of the transaction it showed tat the transaction has failed. But the money got dducted. So i went and collected a new ticket. after sometime i received the e-ticket for my transaction but no msg was received on my mobile phone. I need the refund for the online ticket thatI Booked

                      Dear Sir, We booked 2 ticket from Vapi to Ahmedabad on 10/10/2014 and we journey on 22/10/2014 at 23:00 Hrs.. Our PNR no. is G7531086 and Trip code is 1501PNASGNHRNRV. Bus from pune swargate to Ahmedabad Nehru nagar, picked up place is Vapi bus station. We reached at Vapi bus station at 22:00 Hrs. On 22/10/2014. We enquired for bus to controller at vapi station, He told us “BUS WILL COME AT 23:30 Hrs AT BUS STATION”. But bus not came up to 00:00 Hrs. And controller locked the office and left for sleep. Then we enquired to VALSAD controller Mr. C. D. Mahajan, he inform us to reach at GUNJAN CHAR RASTA. We reached at gunajn char rasta at 00:30 Hrs. And called to Mr. K. C. Barot. He gave the mobile no. of Mr. Nitin who is contractor, he gave the mobile no. of bus driver. We called bus driver, he told us they were reached at CHIKHLI and we missed the bus and lost our money rupees 1486.00. Due to miss guided by controller at vapi station we lost our rupees 1486.00. Trip Code : 1900PANSHRDEXP5 Date & Dept.Time : [protected] & 20:00 From : BARODA To : SHIRDI Booked Seats : Adult-3 & Child-2 Deducted Amount : 1, 613.00 Seat Nos. : 21, 22, 23, 24, 25 GSRTC Ref.No. : GS1309527 I didn't received any email as well as message related to the transaction and 1613.00 Rupees was deducted from bank a/c. So on next day, I went to the Baroda bus depot and asked about this matter. Then, contact person replied me that your deducted amount automatically credited to your bank.                             Respected sir, This is to draw your attention that I had booked Sleeper class bus from Surat to Nasik as it is night journey and if it is sleeper we can be relax though we need to pay some extra amount in compare to normal Gurjar Nagri. After paying the charge of Sleeper bus I was relax for a safe and secure journey but to my shocking when the bus came it was totally annoyed on seeing the normal bus and I complained to the bus authority for the same but nobody was responsible for the same and they gave a useless answer that they are just employee and had nothing to do with. For paying a charge of butter Roti I was served a normal chapati and that to without any taste. How will be responsible for the harassment I suffer full night and who will refund the extra charge for the same. Please help me for the same., Please find the details as under..                                 I bought online tickets from gsrtc for travel from Baroda to SongAdh. Bus selected was Ahmedabad-ukai Gurjarnagri which leAves ahmedabad At 8:30 Pm. The probleM is the bus provided was not gurjarnagri as was booked but express in very pathetic conDiTioN. I paid for better quality bus but got very poor quality.                                   Hello..I am Kirc CLG student ...my complain is that the driver is not stopping the bus even though the stand is registered. The bus number is GJ.18.Y.2243. Plz take some action otherwise all students will have to take some action...hope u reply soon .. Thank u
