Gsrtc — no refund | |||
I have booked my ticket online via paytm at Rajkot to Ahmedabad. Bus time is 4:30 AM but bus is cancelled. This is not first time. This is second time and same bus. I have complete customer care executive via telephonic talk, email and website but he says no refund money this situation and called depo manager but depo manager not received any calls. Why? If This bus service always cancelled why online booking is continuing. Gsrtc is big fraud. Was this information helpful? | |||

It was faul smell o[censored]rinal everywhere in the depot. Very dirty atmosphere. Such a new advance structure but lack of cleanning.

It was all about Bagodara st depot.
