Gtpl Kcbpl — Broadband connectivity issue

My name is Ratneswar Mondal, I am a customer of gtpl kcbpl, I took connection 4/2/2021, from there I did not get one day and proper connection, , and i call the local cable operator and then i get the connection, and i have already called customer care regarding this issue and there is no benefit, and when i called the customer care center, they say contact the local cable operator. And when i called the local cable operator they say call customer care, Do I do it every day? I don't have any other job to do this every day, if you can't take any step then tell me let's see what can i do, but I can't tolerate these, I have complained regarding this to the national consumer helpline. My Docket no is -2597856, do something about this otherwise I will be forced to take legal action. And if I take any ligal action then, i will not see who is the local cable operator, who is isp, I will file complain against company
